Farm with swimming pool, soccer field, near the Wine Route, Haras and Fishing

Enjoy daily with nature, comfort, leisure and family spirit.

The Scooby-doo farm is looking more and more beautiful, with its diversity of huge trees and pines, its always manicured beds, flowers for all ages, and the fruit trees that feed the birds of the fauna.
Wake up to the sound of nature and enjoy a breakfast with a lovely view, be able to go to the football field for a workout and then a dip in the pool to cool off, barbecue ... the charcoal is already red-hot and on the lounger it's time the cold, a walk or a nap in the porch hammock are the likes of the afternoon, but what can not be missed is the wonder of the sunset, night falls and just choose the menu and hands-on ... together the table talk about the day, about things, laugh and cry of life, to finish ... a nice and regenerating sleep, we certainly live in this farm, the best of our lives and so, we have much value and appreciation for the place .

Super recomendo!

Passei com amigos o feriado do carnaval na chácara scooby doo e voltamos renovados! A casa tem ótima estrutura, Wi-Fi funcionou super bem. Aproveitamos muito a parte externa da chácara, piscina muito gostosa e área da churrasqueira também. Fomos com nossos Pets que amaram o espaço, nos sentimos tranquilos e seguros em deixá-los soltos, já que a propriedade é toda cercada. Fomos recebidos pela dona Maria Inês, um amor de pessoa e que esteve a disposição sempre para nos ajudar. O João também foi super educado e gentil em responder minhas dúvidas, antes e durante a estadia. Espero retornar em breve, a chácara deixou saudade!

Sítio muito confortável!

Gostamos muito do sítio! Limpo e confortável, com bastante cadeiras pra família (poltronas e redes), tv com canais fechados até, google-chrome e todo os utensílios necessários! Foi muito gostoso e voltaremos com certeza! Por ser tão perto de SP! :) Único defeito foi ao tentar localizar o sítio, pois o dono não disponibilizou seu celular (e lá também meu celular Claro não pegava) e o sítio não tem nenhuma sinalização com o nome… tivemos que perguntar no bar da rua e dps bater de sítio de sítio para achar o que perdemos 30 minutos debaixo de sol e tudo mais… Mas no fim deu certo :)

Excelente estadia

Passamos o Carnaval com família e amigos e todos aproveitaram muito a chácara. Excelente comunicação com o proprietário e fácil acesso da capital (por volta de 1h e 10 min da Zona Oeste). A chácara estava limpa, cozinha equipada e com espaço muito amplo. Aproveitamos muito a piscina e a área da churrasqueira.

Semana tranquila

O anfitrião João é muito atencioso e respondeu prontamente nossas questões. Infelizmente a semana foi de frio e chuva, uma decepção para o mês de janeiro. Embora não tenhamos aproveitado tudo que a casa oferece, pudemos descansar e as crianças brincaram bastante.

Bom lugar

O lugar é bom de modo geral, mas tem pontos que podem melhorar. A quantidade de utensílios domésticos deixou um pouco a desejar. Também havia uma obra no local que só foi comunicada com 2 dias de antecedência, quando já não era possível cancelar. Foi informado que a obra era apenas em uma área atrás da piscina, sem afetar a área de utilização do anúncio, no entanto a obra impossibilitou o uso do campinho de futebol, que tinha lama em boa parte de sua área. Apesar disso, é um local bom, para o qual eu voltaria em nova oportunidade.

Nossa estadia foi ótima, o local é exatamente como descrito e fotos, um ambiente super tranquilo, amplo, agradável, aconchegante, bonito com bastante natureza e muito bem cuidado! As acomodações são super confortaveis. E adoramos a vizinhança, especificamente o vizinho ao lado que foi super simpatico e solicito. Respiro na quarentena

O ponto alto da chácara é a área externa. Gramado lindíssimo, lugar de paz que permite total conexão com a natureza. Os coelhos que circulam pelo Jardim fizeram a alegria da minha criança. Recomendo para quem busca tranquilidade e admira as coisas simples da vida.
