Stunning home, close to city, railway station and cafes

Amazing fully air-conditioned terrace has been thoughtfully fitted out to suite the comfort of our guests. Situated in the heart of Crown Street Surry Hills, with a lovely village feel and the convenience to popular local cafes, restaurants, bars and transport, these are certainly the main attractions to staying here. - 8mins walk to central station - 50m to new tram station - Coles supermarket is 400m away Woolworths and Aldi close by also - Cafes, bars and eateries within walking distance - Easy walk to Sydney Cricket ground - Moments walk to Oxford Street Darlinghurst - Pets considered upon request.
A security Camera is situated at the front door of the Terrace for added security and is recording. Guest must provide full photo ID which has guest address like Drivers license upon booking. The guest must also have a profile picture of themselves.
Please note: my neighbours are not on holiday, all unauthorised parties and gatherings will result in instant vacate. WE HAVE A NO PARTIES POLICY.

Great stay. We had street parking for area 18 which was handy. The house was immaculate. Even had a supply of things you may forget like hair dyer, moisturiser, sun cream. Many restaurants within meters of the front door.

Very central location with plenty of cafes and eateries. The light rail is so easy to use and cheap. Never have to wait long and straight to the downtown area and circular Quay. From there, the wonderful Sydney harbour. The terrace house is a touch of old Sydney, very charming. The only difficulty we had was the steep internal stairs for the older people with mobility issues. The only bathroom which is on the ground floor made nightmare visits a little problematic. The house is very clean with fresh towels and linen provided.

Perfect Location

The house is a lovely restored terrace beautifully presented and well stocked with anything you may need during your stay. Situated in a great street with fabulous cafes shops and an amazing gourmet stocked little supermarket. Despite this it’s very quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable.Jena was very responsive and easy to deal with. Perfect property for a week or weekend away. We will rebook !

You couldn’t ask for a better spot, right in the heart of Surry Hills. A beautiful, cosy, heritage terrace with a lovely outdoor area and great heating. A well equipped kitchen, comfy pillows and beds. We loved our stay.

Nice place, shame about the noise.

The property is located in a very central, vibrant and safe neighborhood. Steps to shops, restaurants, and local transportation, (especially the new light rail just around the corner), which make it very easy to get around. The house is nicely appointed, well cared-for and has new appliances. The air conditioning on the ground floor lounge and in 1st floor bedroom was excellent and provided much-needed comfort during the hot days in Sydney. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, large walk-in shower, and the water pressure was excellent. Being on a busy street the traffic noises are pretty much constant, especially noticeable in the 1st floor bedroom; we found ear plugs for sleeping were a must. The bathroom is on the ground floor rear part of house so is inconvenient if needed during the night. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but for us the street noise, when trying to sleep, was the reason for our rating. Roger & Charles. (Chicago)

Hi Roger, As stated the terrace is located in a very central, vibrant and safe location. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Crown st, is renowned for its vibrant cafes and restaurants and I WOULD NOT Live anywhere else. I feel your rating is a little harsh.

The perfect place!

What a gorgeous home we had for the week! A beautiful house situated in the perfect place to explore Sydney, with everything we needed. Jena kindly let us check in as soon as we landed from the UK, and was always quick to reply and help us. There were 5 of us staying, and we felt at home straight away. Close to the tram, bus and Central train station, we couldn't have picked a better location. We have well and truly fallen in love with Surry Hills - thank you so much Jena - we'll definitely be returning x

Have a lovely stay at this beautiful home. Jena was very hospitable and allowed us to check in early as we had a flight that arrived early the morning of the booking. The home was clean and well presented. Great location close the central station and the new tram system is just minutes away and takes you anywhere you would want to go in Sydney. I would highly recommend and stay here again in the future :) Thank you Jena for the great stay!

Take a step back in time with all the modern conveniences

We absolutely loved this terrace house. It is in a fantastic location, close to boutique cafes and shops. There’s a fantastic cafe across the street and a wonderful deli which had all the delicacies for a delicious cheese board. The outdoor area was perfect for a few drinks

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Central to everything we could want or need. We loved the fireplace when the weather turned! Right in the midst of buzzing Surry Hills, this terrace allows you to enjoy the vibe and convenience of a Surry Hills lifestyle. You are right in the heart of a variety of eateries, interesting shops to browse and an interesting neighbourhood to explore. Public transport is at your doorstep, but it is not far to walk to many places you might like to visit. If you prefer to relax 'at home', it is well-equipped to eat in and read or watching tele in front of a one-switch open fire.

I loved the cozy & contemporary space that wasn't over burdened with stuff but had everything we needed. Very clean with comfy and nice bedding, useful kitchen and open living space. Spent many years in the area and the best thing is it's convenience to every attraction in Sydney. My terrace is small yet spacious enough for families to enjoy. A good size for its amazing location. Living here will give all guests the true Sydney Innercity experience!

Why they chose this property

Situated in the heart of Surry Hills, as soon as you step out the front door there is so many different places you could visit, from the local water hole "Clock Hotel", restaurants, cafes, art galleries and the village shops.

What makes this property unique

Character Terrace home over three levels, it's very warm and inviting with a lovely fireplace to enjoy during winter , split system aircon for summer in lounge/dining area. Air-con also in main bedroom and bedroom 3. The private courtyard will cap off your experience.
This is a real taste of inner city Sydney living.
Crown Street is a popular tourist attraction and is signified by the beautiful Terraces along the street. It can get a little noisy but it is all part of the experience.
This Terrace has a lovely and private courtyard which is also suitable for small pets. The light rail is about 500metres away and buses run up and down crown street. There are also share car rentals that are located in crown street which can be booked via the share car app.
