Central and very sunny 3 bedroom with 3 ensuite bathroom flat that has all the modern conveniences. Flat is located close the main Budapest train station on a quiet street. It is just next to the Shopping Mall and a few minutes walk to the famous Arena Plaza Shopping Mall. It is also on the Red Line metro line that connects the guest to all the attractions within the city. Food shopping and restaurants are right there next to the flat.

The property is very lovely. We are a family of 5, and we had ample room. The building is secure and in a safe area. It is minutes from the Metro, which makes getting around the city quick & easy. Be sure to try Paprika restaurant within walking distance from the property - delicious. The host is very kind, helpful, and communicates quickly. We are grateful for his hospitality and certainly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Budapest.

Enjoyed this place

Best aspect of this property is the air conditioning system which was key during a stay in July. Better AC here than a much more expensive hotel we stayed at before. Neighborhood felt safe to walk around -- largely residential, and not as close to some attractions, but so easy to get around in taxis here.

This flat enhanced our stay in Budapest

We had a really good break in Budapet thanks in no small part to this lovely flat with high ceilings, large windows and lots of space for two adults and three teenagers. From the flat it's only a few minutes' walk to the City Park, which was a real discovery, with the House of Music, the Baths, the lake The History Museum and Heroes' Square. 40 minutes gets you to the banks of the Danube. The city is very easy to explore and navigate. A couple of times we used the local app to call a taxi to get back home. It was fast and very reasonable in price. Marietta the owner had excellent advice about where to eat and how to get around. We had a really good time.

Vacation in Budapest

When I first arrived on sight I was concerned as the neighborhood did not appear to match the interior, however, when I got inside I was shocked. Not only did the pictures match the property, but it was almost better than the photos. I had a group of 7 people in total, and this VRBO fit us extremely comfortably with room for more. Many towels were provided as well as a relatively well-stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. While the apartment is not extremely close to the destinations my group went to, it is situated in a decent neighborhood on the Pest side. The best part of this VRBO was the incredible communication with the host. Not only were there issues with last-minute booking changes, but also a couple of issues on sight. These were solved extremely quickly with help from the host. We also received an extensive list of how exactly to navigate the home and some tips about the neighborhood. Other tenants within the complex were very kind to us; I have no complaints. The home and the host made this a wonderful place to stay and I would again in a heartbeat.

Very nice property in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of space for our family of five adults. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and spacious.We visited the coffee shop across the street daily, and a food market and bodega were conveniently located just a block or two away. Several neighborhood dining options were within walking distance, though most fine dining restaurants required a 20 to 30 minute walk.City Park was only a 10 minute walk away and offered several attractions, including Roman baths, a zoo, an art museum, and a palace. Most other major attractions were about a 20 to 30 minute walk from the property. If you prefer rideshare services, you can reach most destinations within minutes. Although we did not use it, public transportation was readily available throughout the area.Budapest is a beautiful city with a fascinating history, and the food options were both diverse and plentiful. Despite walking many miles during both the day and evening, we never encountered a neighborhood that made us feel uncomfortable or unsafe.I highly recommend this property as an excellent home base for exploring Budapest.
