Everything was fine though bathroom facilities are rather cramped. Bedrooms are a good size and beds very comfortable. Kitchen, dining and lounge areas are very good though water tap and delivery pipe in kitchen is loose and could do with some attention. Location and view from lounge is exceptional.

Perfect for us

Just the right size for our family of 3. Walking distance to the attractions of Port Elliot including Horseshoe Bay and The Strand and Bikeway. One of the best views in Port Elliot. Highly recommend.

Happy with location. Found the towels were stained so maybe new towels in order.Have to mention the lower bathroom situation and lack of privacy with having a shower and even Though frosted window, very easy to look through. Also lost my knees on a couple of times when Hubble walked in back door and I was on toilet, very impracticable set up. Loved upstairs though. Would suggest adding a bbq for convenience

Had a good time, lovely view and great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very relaxing and we had a really good time. The purpose of our trip was to relax, read and chill and this was achieved.Only thing I would point out was that the white towels supplied were not white, they had brown stains and they looked like they had not been washed at all. I was not game to examine the sheets, but hope they were clean. We took our own pillows for sleeping. Plenty of items supplied if you needed in the kitchen which was a nice touch.I didn't like the fact that each communication from the property management was from a different email address. On more than one occasion I thought it was a scam asking for our personal details.

Very disappointing phone call we received the day before

We never had a chance to stay here as the painters came in that day and we had to go elsewhere. Surely you would have known that without sending us your email to see how we enjoyed our holiday.

Oh what a view!

David called me about an hour prior to our arrival to welcome us and let me know everything was ready for us. We found our holiday destination with ease and discovered just what a beauty this little place is as soon as we opened the door. Everything was spotlessly clean and welcoming. A beautiful kitchen that's well equipped and how can I not say anything about that view! Two giant bean bags to watch the waves rolling in from the upper level. Comfortable bedrooms and I love the shower in laundry as you enter from the back to jump straight into after playing down at the beach without dragging sand through the house. We had a wonderful stay!

amazing location

Fabulous location with all you need- renovated place perfect for the 4kids and me. We had a great stay and will be back. It was a little disappointing that even though it clearly states they will all be done on the airbnb site and the much higher rate of $485+ I paid per night for the stay- I had to make all 4 bunk beds on arrival. Also there is no wifi in the house.
