Quinta Villa is the perfect family vacation home for both families with our without kids who like the quiet and relaxing ambient of the nature. The house consist of a 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, cable TV, a large outdoor porch with a BBQ set and a beautiful garden with trees, were during the right season you can get fresh fruits. There is also a pool where you can relax and entertain yourself. The house can host a maximum of 5 persons and is located in the quiet neighborhood of La Quinta Villas located in Sta. Catharina at just walking distance from the Amazonia\L’Aldea Hotel & Steak House and less than 5 minute drive from the Ostrich Farm, The Aloe Vera Plantation, Serena's Art Factory and St. Joris Bay Kite-surfing. There is also 2 supermarkets within 5 to 10 minutes driving distance. In addition the house is just a 10 minutes’ drive away from the Jan Thiel Beach and the Mambo Beach Boulevard.
Finally the house is secured by an alarm system connected to security company and security cameras.

Lovely vacation house!

We had a blast this vacation! The house was clean and lovely. The childeren loved the pool and we all loved the mango three. Every morning we went to the yard to pick some fruits. The house really gives you a vibe of how the local's are living, we loved it. Good neighborhood and a good location. The owner is very friendly. I would recommend this vacation house for sure!

Nice house and responsive host

This was a nice house as described in the listing. We enjoyed the location and watching the birds and having the open space out the back. The patio, hammock, and deck chairs were a lovely sitting space outside. We enjoyed visiting the island and all the things to see and do and it was a nice place to come back to after a day out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend!
