The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the cookware and dining supplies, this is to offer you the flexibility of being able to enjoy a home-cooked meal while you are away from home. The supplies including pots, pans, blender, mixing bowls, kettle, oven tray, mitts, and more. A traditional coffee machine is provide.

Family vacation

This was a perfect location for taking the grandkids to Disney, Seaworld, and Lego Land. With 6 adults and 9 grandkids, this beautiful home had plenty of space for “me time” when needed. Just a little issue with the pool not being clean due to weather. After speaking with the host, it was taken care of immediately We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great location in Orlando

Perfect for a large party or family. The kid's love the pool and hot tub. Super close to just about everything in Orlando. If your going to Disney this is perfect. Close enough to get there but in a nice neighborhood away from the craziness. Great communication with owner. We had an issue with heating the pool and he was very attentive. The house is beautiful. It worked out perfectly for us. We enjoyed coming back at the end of a busy day.

Pool doesn’t work it’s COLD. DIRTY

The place was dirty and not clean, very bad smell as if the house was cleaned with an extremely dirty rag. When we entered the villa the smell hit us. Pool was dirty and water was stinky. Jacuzzi didn’t work 50% of time. Kitchen was fine and lots of utensils and plates etc. cheap and very uncomfortable mattresses. Broken recliner, one of dining chair dilapidated, cots were so so. Absolutely not to VRBO standards and shame On VRBO management. 1st time I tried something different for ABNB and VRBO SUCKS. Host was swift in charging for pool and tgat didn’t even work. Waiting for promised refund

Great Family Retreat

My family and I spent a holiday weekend in this home! Very spacious and gave us all the ability to have our own space but still mingle when interested in doing so. The owner/host was extremely responsive to every question that came up and was extremely accommodating and professional.

Nice home but need to clean better

We had paid the money to heat the hot tub and pool but had to contact the owner the first night to get the code to actually turn on the heater. Would have been nice to have received that information right away. There is a lot of crap under beds and the couches that should be removed by the cleaning people if they would do their job properly and move furniture when vacuuming. No kitchen towels to dry dishes. Basic condiments like salt, pepper, sugar would have been nice. An extra roll of paper towel and more than two garbage bags would be great! Some way to recycle would have been nice. Fix the damn tiles around the pool!!! Replace the blinds over the sliding glass doors, shows the owner doesn't care if they are just left broken. The shower in room number 4 was very creaky. Toilet paper holders would be nice and more toiletries. Room number 8 had a broken shower rod holder. General maintenance of the home is needed. Chipped paint and dents in many of the walls.

Fun Family Vacation

The home is beautiful! We had a multi family vacation and everyone enjoyed the home, especially the private pool and spa. We used the kitchen everyday to cook family meals and had everything we needed to do so. The teenagers enjoyed the gaming area in the loft! Very spacious home in a great location; it is very close to Kissimmee and Orlando and an hour and a half to Cocoa and Clearwater beaches. Great central location and home base that everyone in our family enjoyed!

Bricks around pool were not stable, one of my Aunts tripped. Kitchen could use more utensils recliner's didn't work properly leg on one of the highbacked table chairs were very loose over all enjoyed our stay

Do Not Stay Here

Let me start by saying that I have given VRBO and the host every opportunity to make this right and both have not done so. 1. Condition and Cleanliness: Cleanliness is non-existent in this house. From the outside to the inside. Filthy. Walls were damaged, dirty and had food crusted on them throughout the house, not just the kitchen. There were patches on a white wall that were painted (very poorly) grey. Used sanitary pads behind the furniture. The carpet was crunchy and dirty. There was a sign that said no shoes upstairs but we all had to wear them because the floors were so dirty. Blinds were broken and half were still hanging and the other half were stuffed in closets. The patio area is covered in cobwebs, bugs and weird gross black stuff on the ceiling that was dripping. The brick around the pool is collapsing and the screens were caked in black soot. The grill was filthy as well and we had to go and buy a grill brush to clean it. Our group had to clean before we started our vacation. And that was not easy because we had to go and buy all of our own cleaning products in order to eat and sleep in the house. 2. Supplies: There are ZERO supplies at this house. Barely enough pots to make one meal for a family dinner, let alone the 20 people we had staying with us. There are not enough towels for the number of bathrooms and there are no places to hang towels. There are no pool towels either so you will need to bring your own or use the bath towels and constantly do laundry. There are no basic supplies to get started with either. Meaning you need to bring your own dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. 3. Beds were terrible and some were broken. We had one family that had to find new accommodations due to this. Bad back and couldn't find comfort in any bed. And warning, they ask you not to strip the beds which makes me think that they may not change sheets. We washed our bedding before sleeping for the night. 4. POOL AREA: We all come to Florida and expect the pool to be decent. This one is not. Half the water was missing and it was so cloudy, it was almost milky looking. We had to go and buy a hose to fill it and then our own chemicals. Later in the day, the owner did have a guy come and drop a hose in the pool while we were gone. They didn't even turn it on. The hot tub does not work and the pool does not circulate. I could go on but have run out of characters. Disappointing way to spend alot of vacation

Better than a hotel for a larger group

This venue worked out super well for our Board of Directors-- with 8 bedrooms, everyone got their own space, and only 4 of the guys had to share 2 baths (we ladies all got our own ;) The lanai was a perfect spot to hold our meetings each day, and the main areas were open and roomy enough for everyone. It was nice to only have to walk a few yards to the meeting space rather than drive somewhere else. The things that would have improved our stay are 1) better communication from the owner, 2) a better equipped kitchen (what was there was in dismal condition and made food prep difficult, but I could not get any info from the owner beforehand-- would be better for owner or a rep to walk thru the house from time to time to assess amenities; for instance, one room with very little sunlight had a bad bulb in the closet, and it was impossible to see in there, and although there was a blender, it didn't work,) and 3) having some basic supplies would have been a nice touch (rather than the ONE roll of TP in most but not all of the bathrooms.) The area is very nice, but take note that it appears many of the houses in the neighborhood are rentals, and there were LOTS of of late-night parties with lots of noise.

Perfect for a baseball getaway

House was great. We came as a group to watch our boys play college baseball for spring break. Super close to their resort and the fields. Plenty of room for 4 families and a few teenagers. The upstairs sitting/tv area was ideal for extra space. The view was so relaxing with the pool in the foreground. Loved the open floor plan. My only suggestion would be to stock up the kitchen cabinets a little bit more and with serving bowls, trays and just extra kitchen items that help when cooking with larger groups. Hope to be back next year!! Thanks Nelson for being very responsive and accommodating. Great house and convenient location to even Disney.

This property lived up to its billing! There were 18 of us and we had plenty of space.

From the heated pool to the fully stocked kitchen, our stay was perfect. We got what we expected - family relaxation in luxury. Nelson was attentive and answered everytime we called. He and the property were A+!

House was dirty and several things were broken. Minimal cookware. Pool was not clean. Broken stonework around pool. No signs or carpets leading in from pool. Floor so slippery several people fell and one friend broke her leg on Monday and had to have surgery. So overall VERY unsatisfied!! Would not recommend!!
