Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

I was here getting my mother and sister set up in a separate apartment and the hosts were absolutely wonderful to work with! The rooms are clean, every thing that is needed is provided, the area is right in the middle of everything but situated in a quiet little area. It was a good experience for me. The neighborhood is very nice, the condo I stayed in was comfortable, quiet and safe. Only as a smoker I felt uncomfortable going on the sidewalk to smoke. Perfection!

I moved here from Detroit and needed somewhere to stay while I searched for an apartment. In the meantime, BCA was a god-send and was in the perfect location might I add! 10 minutes from everything I could think of. I stayed in the studio but it was more than enough space for one. The property managers were very nice and responsive, and the housekeepers were very sweet! I'll definitely recommend to the family I have coming into town soon. ;)

I find that the bathroom needs an upgrade. There are wet spots and mold around the shower and tub that should be replaced. The walls under my windows were damp and appeared to have some leakage, hopefully not mold. Besides these complaints, it's a fine place for a stay! Everyone was accommodating, prompt and nice ; I had a pleasant experience.

Unexpected treasure

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a centrally located accommodation in midtown with parking and all of the amenities I needed at such a great price. Very clean and pristine landscaping. Very well done inside and out. They even have huge bottles of salon quality shower products for you to use during your stay. Very nice touch. I'll definitely be back. Excellent Apt - thoughtful & clean

Grateful for the first aid kit! Loved the details in kitchen supplies, many great pillows & the extremely comfortable bed! Suggestions: possibility for later check out, black out curtains as blinds let in too much morning light, hot water in kitchen sink never gets hot enought to sterilize, a tv instruction guide & a better light for makeup at the long mirror. Also loved & used the restaurant suggestions. Great location, felt safe, it was very clean & perfect for my week long stay. Fantastic

I loved the place: it is conveniently placed closer to many amenities and a 10 to 15 minutes' drive to other big shopping malls and downtown. It was quiet and secure, run by very professional managers.
