We had such a wonderful stay! The property was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly, which made bringing our furry family member along so easy.The location was perfect—right across from the lake, and having passes provided to access the lake was such a great bonus. We also loved having the grill, fire pit, and plenty of wood available to enjoy relaxing outside in the evenings.The little welcome gift waiting for us in the fridge was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. It really made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and dog-friendly place near the lake!

The location was great, and the access to the beach was a bonus! We were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun. Overall, the place was as advertised. It had everything we needed to cook a few meals, and even though the cabin was small, it was perfect for the two of us and felt spacious and not cramped at all. The new renovations helped this being so white and bright inside. The parking for cabin #1 was a bit unclear, but I believe we figured it out. It is roadside parking. We were there toward the end of summer/early fall so the road wasn't too busy, but I would think could get busy in the summer and not sure all vehicle types could fit and park here. I would say there were a few cleanliness issues. For example we found some hair on pillowcases on the bed (appeared to be pet hair, which we knew this was a pet friendly location). Also there was some pine needles still on the rug in the bedroom. Not deal breakers, but as a rental property I think something that could be avoided.

Quaint and Cozy Sebago Lake Stay

Overall we had a great stay! The water is super close, the cottage is clean, comfy and cozy and has everything you need. We enjoyed fires at night and morning coffee on the hammock. Great communication as well.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The cottage was perfect for long weekend getaway. Extremely clean!!! Close to wedding venue. Walk to beach/lake. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Host Frank & Bo were very kind and made sure we were happy with everything. Very clean & cozy, close to the beach where we took our daily walks. Bo even went to get ice cream at the store when she sent us to an ice cream place that was closed on the days we were there. So amazingly sweet.

First Family Vacation!

This was the perfect stay for myself, my husband and our 9 month old. It was clean and well maintained and the hosts were wonderful! The beach is about a 3 minute walk, and it’s clean, and a wonderful spot for families! Thank you!!

Little cabin near Nason's Beach

We had a great mini-vacation on Sebago Lake. Cabin was so clean, bright and well cared for. Our host thought of everything. We will be coming back next year!

Weekend Getaway!

Our stay was great and the host was beyond wonderful. Sadly we had no power the first 8 hours of our stay but she brought us candles and buckets of water to help us though the night. We definitely wish it had been different so we could have enjoyed our day in the cottage. It had the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on!

Great stay

You will never find a more gracious host and hostess than Bo and Frank. If there is anything you need to make your vacation even more special they will do anything they can to accommodate you. The beach across the street is great and you have a lake view from your cottage. Thank you Bo and Frank!
