'AufReede' Exclusive holiday home with garage, sea view, loggia, terrace

The holiday home 'Auf Reede' was built in 2010 on an approx. 751 sqm plot of land in the style of a large single-family house with garage and in March 2011 it was ready for occupancy. To explain the name of our holiday home, it should be noted that the 'roadstead' is a nautical term for an anchorage area in which ships, for example, are waiting to enter a port, which is why an anchor is placed in front of the holiday home.
Here you can anchor, escape everyday life and let your mind wander.
The comfortable and tasteful furnishings of the holiday home leave nothing to be desired for couples as well as families with children and thus become an unforgettable living experience.
The holiday home 'Auf Reede' is located on a plot of land on a hill on the edge of the residential and holiday park Ostseeblick, with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea at 23948 Wohlenberg, Ostseeblick 13.
Smoking is not allowed. Pets only on request.

Ground floor: The house 'Auf Reede' has on the ground floor a large living / dining room with a high quality fitted kitchen with bar and oven with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils for daily needs. The living area is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa, real wood furniture and a 42 'LCD flat-screen TV. From the living room you can step out onto the sun terrace through a large terrace element.
Furthermore, there is a guest bathroom with shower, toilet and. Wash basin. A study in which there is a desk, armchair and a sofa bed (2 more people can sleep here) and in which there is also a telephone / internet connection available.
Finally, on the ground floor you will find the hallway and HWR with washing machine and dryer as well as a passage to the garage located directly at the house. Here is not only for the car, but z. B. also for your bicycles, enough space.

Upper floor: On the upper floor is the full bath with 2 wash basins, shower, bathtub, toilet and an adjoining sauna. Both bathrooms on the ground and first floor are equipped with towel radiators.
In bedroom 1 there is a double bed and cot with a changing board.
In the children's room there is a large bunk bed (which can also be used by 2 adults), but was specially designed for our little guests. Toys, board games, books, cards etc. are also available here.
In bedroom 2 there are 2 single beds.
On the upper floor is also the exit to the roof terrace (loggia), from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, the Wohlenberger Wiek.
Furthermore, there is a kitchenette on the upper floor with a sink, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment.
So you can e.g. B. Enjoy your cafe or a cold drink on the loggia without running into the kitchen on the ground floor.

Spitzboden: In the Spitzboden there is another approx. 36 sqm bedroom with double bed and TV, which extends over the entire length of the house. From here you can also enjoy a beautiful view over the Baltic Sea to the 'White Wiek'.
The house is equipped with high-quality beech floor stairs and child protection strips.
