Enjoying a prime location, Magic on Marine Parade is a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom Napier holiday home with a gorgeous outlook, Netflix and unlimited free Wi-Fi. This spacious and sunny house is just the ticket for your low key or adventure-filled getaway!

This 2 level Napier holiday home includes warm and comfortably appointed open plan living upstairs - the large new gas fire provides fabulous warmth for those winter months, while the deck provides a great spot to soak up the sun and scenery when the weather is warmer. Additional decking at the rear of the house provides a private space for laid back BBQs with stunning views of the city and over the mountain ranges. On the lower level the new large heat pump is on hand for ideal year round comfort.

Upstairs at this Napier accommodation, bedroom 1 is fitted with a king bed. Downstairs, bedroom 2 has a super king bed, bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, while bedroom 4 has a single bunk set. To complete your easy group configuration, there is a bathroom on each floor, one of which is newly refurbished with a spa bath and large shower. The lock up garage with remote control roller door provides easy storage of your bicycles.

Everything you need for your home away from home is on hand - relax and unwind with excellent ocean views to enjoy, or step out and explore... The Aquarium and a recreational area are situated right across the road, including a shaded BBQ area, a cycle park, and a water garden. Plus, the Hawkes Bay Cycle Trail is within easy access across the road. For other amenities, the CBD and Conference Centre are within easy walking distance, making this an ideal base for the Wine Trail and Art Deco Festival!

We really liked the location, and it suited a larger group so we could walk every ware to shops and attractions. The views are excellent however with the ranch slider open there is a lot of road traffic noise. Property is very tired with kitchen cupboards falling off, stair hand rail loose, Bathroom tap loose. We had to remove a rug in lower bedroom on floor and put in garage as it stunk of cat urine.

Not worth the money

The view was exactly what we wanted however the property left a lot to be desired. It needed a good clean inside and out, there were crumbs on the floor on our arrival, the counters and table top were sticky/greasy, the oven was disgusting, the dish cloth was rank and looked like it hadn’t been changed in a good long while. The outdoor furniture was dirty and covered in cobwebs not something easily cleaned off.

Great house to stay in for our holiday in Napier, awesome view for the sea and great location. Comfortable warm house. Stairs were a bit of a hazard for our 1 year old but other than that no complaints

Family visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our needs. We would loved to have stayed longer. Perfect for children scooting across the road and we loved all that foreshore area. This place is spacious and very well equipped with lots of cleaning products, toilet paper, kitchen utensils, garbage bags etc. it is all ready to just enjoy.

Great place to stay on the waterfront

We loved this place with its sea views from the large lounge area to the private off street parking at the back. Would thorougly recommend. The complimentary bottle of wine on arrival was also a really nice touch.
