Why they chose this property

You should choose our Ocean View Apartment, primarily, because of its view and location :) It is located at a beautiful waterfront. It is a part of the ambitious project to refashion the waterfront of Aarhus, Denmark’s second-largest city.

What makes this property unique

The ocean view from the living room is amazing. My personal advice would be to watch a sunrise from the balcony. The changes in color and vibe during the sunrise cannot be described or depicted with simple words.
Take a walk to Bassin 7, which is located in 3-5 minutes of walk. A perfect place to relax in a hot summer day. I love the setting itself, there are 3 or even 4 swimming pools, you can also use the jumping trampoline. This place definitely has it's own charm with the urban view on one side and the harbour on the other. There are also nice bars and cafes next to it.
You can also take a swim in the ocean :)
