The Sycamore features white-washed hardwood floors, charming, beaded wainscoting, and a cozy front porch that beckons you to relax and unwind. The home has been updated with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is adorned with splashes of light and color, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and planning your day's adventures. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Fabulous Weekend Getaway

We stayed at The Sycamore while attending a wedding in the area. The home was lovely and very convenient to the downtown area. The bed in the front and back bedrooms were particularly comfortable. We would stay here again and again.

Paso Thanksgiving

Great location, walk to downtown, cute neighborhood. Inside could use some updating, painting etc., definitely need to fix TV controls ( 3 confusing remotes) make it easy with one remote. Nice bedding and towels.

Fabulous Stay

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sycamore house. It was quiet, clean, with all the amenities we needed, and just a short walk to town. We all agreed we would stay here again!

Deep sea fishing and wine tasting

The Sycamore property was the best! Very clean and very charming. The beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location. I will definitely be sharing this with my friends. We cannot wait to stay there again😀

A quick weekend away

We came down for a celebration of life with my family of 4 and my mom. This was the perfect house for us. It had everything we needed except for coffee filters which the host graciously provided when we asked about them. We had trouble getting into the house as the original code sent to us did not work. That was fixed quickly by a very friendly host over the phone. We would definitely come back to this place & would recommend it to others visiting the area. Thank you!

DO NOT RENT WITH PASO ROBLES VACATION RENTALS

I repeat do not rent with this property management company. The house itself is cute and charming but unfortunately it is managed by a horrible management company. I feel bad for the homeowners because the management company is not keeping this home sanitary and livable. The AC wasn’t working and needed to be repaired upon arrival (in the middle of the blazing summer). One shower had a used bar of soap left in there with hair on it. The other shower had hairs on the wall and shower spout and spots all over. The towels were very stained with large spots all over. There were ants in the kitchen, bathroom floors, and bedroom floors. When we called to let them know of these unsanitary issues we were met with someone very unapologetic that didn’t seem to care. The best resolution they could offer was to send someone to clean in the morning. Someone came to “clean” but still managed to leave the used bar of soap in the shower!!! The icing on the cake was when I woke up to ants on my pillow. We called them to let them know we were immediately leaving the property and had to find new accommodations since they weren’t willing to help with that either. I’ve sent very detailed emails along with lots of photos and was promised I’d hear from the manager first thing Monday morning. I’ve called twice today which is Monday and the manager can’t even get on the phone with me. Absolutely disgusted by the unsanitary home and appalled by Paso Robles Vacation Rentals which is also very unfortunate since Paso is such a beautiful place to visit. But this made our experience very unpleasant not to mention today is my birthday. We were however lucky to find other accommodations at the Oxford Inn if you are reading this run and go stay there instead!!!

Great Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I absolutely loved this place! Such a cute, cozy, and clean house with so much character. Great location with downtown just a short walk away. The house had everything we needed. No complaints.

Ready for a wedding

The property was in a great location and we could walk to a lot of venues in downtown Paso. Plenty of room for games in the dining area and had no problems with the air conditioning throughout the unit. Everything we needed to enjoy your stay was well marked and readily available. We enjoyed our time before my daughters wedding and would recommend it to any other families that might like to have a relaxed stay in a wonderful neighborhood.

Perfect charming and walking distance to town!

Charming home with all the right touches! They have thought of every little thing. Quickly responding to questions with great suggestions. Easy walk to town. Neighborhood was quiet and that front porch with Rocking chairs was sublime. Morning tea/coffee perfect way to start the day! Will totally stay here again.

Paso at it’s finest

Read the 5star reviews they are all true. Just two things that we were able to deal with. Middle bedroom bed was uncomfortable for us so we moved to the front bedroom. We liked that bed. When checking in, do not put in code until after 3:00pm or you’ll mess up entrance. You can not get in early, not even one minute! We called manager and got a new code so we could enter property. We enjoyed our stay very much!
