Charlies Villas offered a clean room with ensuite bathroom and kitchen area which was handy to prepare simple meals. The outdoor area offered BBQ facilities and a pool. Mary, the host, provided helpful information to locate the property and was very prompt in replying to questions. Access to a washing machine and a few kitchen basics would have been welcome.

Great place to relax

We are so glad to have found this place to stay. Mary is an excellent host. She really made our stay a pleasure, and even helped us with finding a car rental, when it seemed all cars were booked up. Matavera is an ideal location on Rarotonga. It is peaceful but close to the busier spots like Muri and Avaroa. We enjoyed strolling around in the evenings, meeting the beautiful local dogs, and enjoying this piece of paradise. Highly recommended
