We have our upper cottage available to rent September through April*** There are two cottages on the property that we rent out during the summer months, but the lower cottage is winterized and not available for fall/winter/early spring months. **

Welcome to Shady Side Cottages at Crooked Lake. Crooked Lake is one of Indiana's best kept secret all sports lakes. The upper cottage has been completely renovated and sits on waterfront property on Crooked Lake Angola, Indiana. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from the deck of the upper cottage. Located close to the former Captain's Cabin. The upper cottage is 830 sq ft and sleeps 6 in the winter months. The upper cottage comes with a tv along with wifi and internet/and or cable tv and an assortment of games.
The upper cottage was completely renovated and just completed at the beginning of 2019. It sleeps 6 during the winter months It has two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed), and two twin beds with a trundle in the back porch area. There is one bathroom, one full kitchen, and a washer and dryer.
The cottage is conveniently located off of I-69 and I-80/90 toll road. It is close to Trine University and Pokagon State Park. Close to restaurants and activities that include Caruso's, Subway, Tanger Outlet, Ice cream shops, Pokagon State Park, Tom's Donuts and a variety of restaurants and stores in Angola, Indiana which is no more than a 5-10 minute drive.

Hi! We're the Trust family, and we're excited to share our newly rennovated cottages with you all. We love NE Indiana and all that it has to offer. Crooked Lake is one of the best kept secrets in NE Indiana. We love that it's so close to stores and restaurants in Angola as well!
Why they chose this property
For the summer months, we offer two cottages on this property. People love to bring their family and friends to the lake and have two cottages - a lot of times the kids go in one, and the adults are in the other! For summer rentals, look up property id 1573732.
October-May we offer the upper cottage to rent out. It's a fun getaway in the winter as Pokagon State Park is only a short drive as well as Trine University.
