I did not stay but I am still being charged
My family i we found what we believed to be bed bug shells. We immediately tried to call the manager who insisted we text & he said he could not make out what was in the pictures & we could check out if we wanted which we did.
Amazingly two weeks later Neither management nor Vrbo has issued a refund $1300 or an apology for the inconvenience. We did not even stay 3 hours of our 5 days trip there.
I have tried to allow both parties time to resolve this issue
but after 2 weeks this is UNACCEPTABLE and UNBELIEVABLE.
