The host was sweet and left the Christmas lights on late to welcome us. There was plenty of room for my family to enjoy themselves without us being crowded, Hot tub was warm and large, plenty of dishes for cooking in. Absolute beautiful place.

What a wonderful place for our big group. Beds were comfortable, enough room and activities for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Sounds like the washing machine is do for some maintenance but other than that would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the pool!

This was a wonderful home and we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the home, the property and we were amazed at how well the home was set up. It was very clean and was well stocked for our family of 14. We had ample room and the location was perfect for skiing at Mission Ridge and wandering around Leavenworth. We will be back!

Great stay! Perfect for 3 families!

This was a perfect house and location for our annual Leavenworth Christmas trip. We had three families with plenty of room to spread out but also to come together as well. Pantry and kitchen stocked with more than I’ve ever seen a rental stocked before, plenty of towels for all plus extra hot tub towels. Would definitely consider staying again! Thank you!

Amazing home and location!

We had 8 adults and 2 children (2 & under). This place was great. The beds were comfy, the home was cozy and it had everything we needed and more. Our 2 year old loved all the books and toys. We loved the hot tub and games. Also being able to walk to and from town was great. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous at Xmas

We celebrated a family Xmas here and loved it. We build snow men, sledded on a small hill in the yard, and enjoyed the beautiful views from the home.Snow plowing on some heavy days took longer than expected, so prepare to need to hang tight at the house on heavy snow days.

Spacious house in a beautiful location

The house has is well stocked with kitchenware, bedding, board games, etc. Felt very comfortable. The host was available and responsive when we needed them for the check-in. Removed one star because I feel that the check-out cleaning procedure is asking for too much (wash the towels) while there is also a large cleaning fee being charged.

Large property with a spectacular view and great location! 25 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive into Leavenworth. This was such comfortable place to match the coziness of the town.

Fabulous Property and Great Location

Fantastic house with ample entertainment for kindergartners, teenagers and adults. Convenient location that is close to downtown Leavenworth. We had an epic snow storm (48 inches) during our stay and the owners were very gracious hosts and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property, you will not regret it!

Beautiful property

I recently stayed here for a girl's weekend. There were four of us, although this house could host many more. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. She said we could check in a little early, which we didn't end up needing, but was nice. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful and cozy linens, towels and robes. Close to town. Lovely views from the oversized deck and we appreciated the extra touches of a Christmas tree and lights around the entire exterior of house. Do bring cozy pajamas as the bedrooms were chilly, especially the two downstairs. Also, plan extra time on your day of check out (11am firm) to wash/dry towels, strip beds, run dishwasher, etc. (We thought this was a bit much considering the nightly rate/cleaning fee). Overall, I'd recommend this property, especially for families/large groups.

Wonderful experience! We had a comfortable, fun stay. Candace and Justyn were very helpful, attentive, and nice to work with. The space was perfect for our big family, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the board games, and our grand kids had fun with the toys as well as having space to run on the beautiful grass. It’s close to town and easy access to all the activities we wanted to participate in. We will definitely be back.

Such a fun cabin for a birthday weekend. Had everything we needed plus more. Location and view were amazing. Enough room for everyone. The only thing that I would recommend could be better was the water pressure in the house for showers. Other than that, this weekend was so much fun!

Family in Leavenworth 2020

This is a beautiful home on a large lot with beautiful views. The host responded quickly and really easy to work with. We come to Leavenworth at the same time every year and this house fit our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed all being together in one place, celebrating Christmas, enjoying the hot tub, getting into downtown in a couple minutes, and the ski hill is within walking distance. We would stay here again if we could.
