The house comes with a gas grill so you can cook up a poolside barbeque and serve it on the family-sized table on the shaded section of the lanai. A pass through window makes it easy to hand ice cold drinks and condiments out from the kitchen.

After lunch, head down to your private dock and take out your boat or just sit and watch for a passing dolphin or manatee. Life is good and it’s about to get better. You know those spectacular Marco Island sunsets you’ve heard so much about? The rear of the house faces west, so bring your cocktails out to the cushioned wicker sofas on the outdoor patio for your front seat as the setting sun paints the sky fiery orange.

The bright, white-tiled interior blends cozy furnishings and an Island-style decor to create an easygoing coastal feel. A sectional sofa as comfortable as it is stylish faces the sliding glass doors for a view of the pool and canal.

The kitchen features a recessed ceiling and dark wood stools along the two-level kitchen countertop. It comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the dining room table with a centerpiece of shells and starfish.

You’ve even got a home bar available for you to stock with everything you need for your sunset viewing beverage of choice. It even includes a wine rack, wine and cocktail glasses and an ice bucket.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer, free wi-fi, cable, an Xbox One and assorted video games and four touring bicycles. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
