Enjoy a beautiful get away without all the hustle and bustle of larger communities. Ten Mile Island is immaculately maintained with all the pleasures of home. Kids have plenty of room to run without worry. Relax and listen to the nature around you. Enjoy the Colorado mountain scenery. Ten Mile Island is nestled between Mt. Royal and 2 adjourning mountains. With Silverthorne only a few miles away, shopping is plentiful. If there aren't enough coffee shops, candy stores and ski shops in Frisco, enjoy the Outlet Stores in Silverthorne. Frisco has a Wholefoods for shoppers as well. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails available which includes cross-country skiing in the winter as well as the best downhill resorts in central Colorado. The area includes Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek. 2brm condo non-smoking and no pets, sleeps 6, and has a Lazy Boy pull out. Master Bedroom has private bath, additional bedroom has vanity, and a main bath. Each bedroom has queen size beds with luxurious bedding. Kitchen is fully furnished including a pantry, with granite countertops and includes small appliances and large dining room. There is a wood burning fireplace with wood supplied. There is an electric grill on the balcony and ski's are to be stored there. Located above Ten Mile Creek, you can listen to the peaceful water. Wifi, and TV available in each bedroom. Complimentary Netflicks, Comcast cable and availability to any subscription you might have. Swimming pool, hot tub, and Sauna available. Summit County shuttle within walking distance only 1/2 block away, Dining available for any pallet in Old Town Frisco. Any sport or activity your family would want. Check for local events, including barbeque weekends, craft weekends and don't miss the 4th of July downtown parade with fireworks over Lake Dillon. World Champion Ice Carving each year in Breckenridge. We provide all you could want.

This is our 8th winter traveling out west skiing, and we’ve returned to Frisco for at least a week every time; we love the town - the shops, restaurants, hiking, and its proximity to a handful of ski resorts. This condo was perfect for the two of us; it was comfortable and spacious, and well equipped. We’d stay here again and recommend!

Our holiday stay could not have been better! The host communicated check-in instructions in advance, and they were very clearThe condo was perfect for our needs. Close to the rest of the family, within walking distance of downtown and restaurants, and winter hiking trails.. The beds were comfortable and the dining room table worked perfectly for two of us that had to work from home for a couple days.Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for skiing and exploring

We had a great stay! Frisco is close to Breckenridge and Keystone. And this condo is super close to the interstate that gets you there. We loved exploring the main street and also the amenities of the condo itself!

Copper mountain skiing

Spacious, clean condo. Walking distance to downtown Frisco shops and restaurants as well as to Copper Mountain shuttle. This was a huge convenience, about a 10/15 minute shuttle ride to the mountain. We had a great stay!

For a condo stay in Frisco, this was straightforward. It had all the necessary items, communication with the host was great, and the fireplace was quite pleasant.

Mature Brothers on a Get-A-Way

2 flights of stairs at 9,000 feet can take the wind out of you. Love the 2 bedrooms & 2 separate baths. extra sink in the little bedroom (not a half bath). The place is well used but everything functions. Locker rooms, Hot tub and Sauna were closed due to COVID but the pool was open? Garbage house was overflowing. Didn't check out the laundry room. One restaurant 200 meters away was very good. Everything else starts about . 3 of a mile away and further on Main Street. Big stores one exit up. Central to several great ski areas. People in this area have an attitude but people from NYC probably won't notice.

Great spot for skiing

Had a great time staying at this listing. We had a ski trip planned for all the Epic resorts in the area and the place was perfect as Frisco is pretty much in between Vail, Keystone, and Breckenridge. Unfortunately for us the hot tub was out of service while we were there but enjoy our stay nonetheless.

Great central location for a Ski vacation

The condo in great shape and very comfortable. Frisco is a great location for skiers - an easy commute to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek. It's also a short walk from the condo to main street and it's great restaurants. Much better than the typical resort offerings.

Enjoyed our stay at Ten Mile Island condo. Location was great. Around the corner from I-70 and walking distance to downtown Frisco. No need to bring a car to Copper Mountain when you can take the free shuttle bus. Just a short walk to the corner to catch the shuttle. The condo was perfect and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped which is always a plus if you like to cook. The pool and hot tub were perfect to relax those muscles after a full day of skiing.

Clean unit in a primo location.

Property is perfectly located in the middle to get you just about anywhere in Summit County. Well maintained , clean , spacious , and plenty of kitchen items to handle a family. Parking was plentiful during our stay. Annie was a great host who answered anything we needed even during the busy holiday season. With all the space in the unit, we would’ve liked to have had more than one couch to lounge on after a day of activities. Great stay in a great clean unit with everything you need.

Ten Mile Creek Complex is well built with concrete which limits noise between floors and units. The picturecuis view of Mt. Royal, Ten Mile Creek and Lake Dillon.
