The place was very clean and spacious for being an apartment over a garage. The host was very responsive to the questions I had before arrival. If I'm ever in Johnson City again, this will be my first choice.

Great location. Beautiful place. Great layout. Had everything you needed to be comfortable. Lots of room. Great outdoor space as well. Beds were very comfortable. The only complaint is the noise of the beds. Any movement causes loud noises that wake you up.

An immaculate garage apartment just off ETSU’s campus. The apartment had all the basics including a variety of coffee for the Keurig and very comfortable beds! The outside patio is lovely and very welcoming. Tricia was very responsive to all messages and shared great info about the area.

Location was great, quiet area, clean rental as advertised. We did not do any cooking so I cannot speak for how well stocked the kitchen was, but everything else about the unit was nice.

My mom and I traveled to visit my brother in Johnson City. This was a wonderful location (very close to campus and Downtown area) , great apartment above the garage, beds were comfortable, hosts were very responsive when we inquired about something! We loved the patio area we had access to and used it both nights and one morning for coffee! We plan to stay again next year!!

Nice, cozy, clean

Very happy with this property. Stayed here as a "base camp" for a get-away weekend with old friends. Lovely grounds and very clean inside.
