West Beach Villa 1 - the perfect vacation hub. Situated in a prime location in West Beach, you'll be close to everything from beautiful beach walks and bustling oceanfront activities, to outdoor festivals and top rated restaurants. Get your fill of culture on State Street or take some time out for yourself sipping cappuccinos or cocktails in The Funk Zone before heading back home on foot or bike - no car necessary!
Take a leisurely walk to the beach and enjoy an unforgettable day with family or friends. Our beautiful coast has everything you need for unparalleled relaxation, from a wagon full of beach supplies to building sandcastles in the sun. Delight your taste buds later on by whipping up something delicious with this villa's well-appointed kitchen! We take care of all the details here so that no matter if it's just dinner with family or drinks & appetizers shared among company, each dining experience is well-prepared for your curation. After a fulfilling day of adventure, come home and treat yourself to the highest level of indulgence with our impressive sectional perfect for cuddling up on in front of a large 60 inch flat screen HDTV. Or unwind in any one of three serene bedrooms complete with premium furnishings and comfy mattresses.
This beach house is professionally designed and offers the luxury of a resort combined with all the comforts home. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1800 square feet you will be astounded by its spacious floorplan - including an additional detached studio suite for maximum privacy! Quality bedding, linens, Santa Barbara treasures found throughout add to make it truly special giving guests plenty of space to relax while enjoying their own private areas.
All linens, cookware and supplies are provided to all of our guests, all of the time.
Pack and play portable crib and high chair provided.
Guests acknowledge that some homes provide central A/C while others provide portable high efficiency A/C units. Please inquire first.
This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).
Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas.
These are not listening or recording devices.

* Arrival and Departure Times are shown above.
* No pet / No smoking / no vaping policy - at no time in or on the premises.
* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises
* Guests understand air mattresses and sofa sleeping are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets are not provided.
* Good Neighbor Policy in effect - quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
* Cancellation Policy - listed above and shown prior to booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance!
