Mariner West, Gulf Front with Wrap Around Balcony

Mariner West is a family friendly low rise Condo that is Gulf front on Thomas Drive. This condo is a corner unit on the 3rd floor with an oversized balcony. The spacious Master Suite is furnished with a king size bed, private bath and a 43" Flat screen TV. Living Room is furnished with a Queen size Sleeper sofa, a 58" Flat screen TV , cable, complimentary wi-fi, and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, dishwasher, a regular coffee maker and Keurig, blender, and microwave. There is a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer and room to store all your beach gear.

Plenty of onsite amenities which include a large gulf front pool, lighted tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and pool table. There are gas grills adjacent to the pool for grilling your own fish, steaks and burgers. Enjoy eating your own meal at the picnic tables.

All towels and linens are provided. All you need to bring are beach towels and don't forget your sunscreen!

Wonderful complex for winter guests. Winter guests return year after year. Winter guests typically have get togethers for corn hole matches, shuffleboard matches, bingo night, drinks by the pool, pot luck dinners and other fun activities. Sorry, no mailbox key provided. *Effective January 2023-the complex (not us) is charging a $25 fee for parking permits. We apologize for this additional fee but wanted our guests aware of it prior to booking.
