Dear Expedia Why send this to me? This hostel is no longer an Expedia property and hasn’t been for months. Yet still listed on your site. We booked a stay at this hostel this through your platform in March 2025. You took our money. The reservation was never made and we only discovered thisby accident when I contacted you about a date change. If I hadn’t made that call we would have arrived in Plovdiv only to find that we had no accommodation. To be fair, now that I have contacted you, the money has been refunded but it’s taken MANY hours waiting on hold on the phone to get there. Now awaiting some sort of very modest compensation. That’s probably going to arrive sometime in the next decade. So please do stop asking me about this hostel which I have never stayed at; I have PTSD and trauma from the whole booking experience with you .
