Beauty abounds inside and out, a place to rest, reflect, gather together and share the beauty of life. Friendly graduate student resides in separate lower level with separate entrance and parking along with her two cats. AWD vehicle is required in the winter; one garage space is available.

I'd love to share my beautiful home with you - since my son has left for college, I find myself enjoying travel and smaller spaces....so when I am in town, I am living in my beautiful lower level with my kitties and I am offering my upper gorgeous vacation home with those wanting all of the luxuries of home while traveling.
Why they chose this property
This is a lovely place to rest and reflect, with hiking trails and only 3 minutes into downtown Boulder. Even though this is a private setting, it is a mountain neighborhood where sound travels in canyon and therefore no events or loud gatherings, respecting the privacy and serene setting for all who enjoy living here.
