-This is a residential neighborhood that turns very quiet at 10:00 pm.
-No one under the age of 25 unless with adults unless you contact us first.
-Parties are not permitted.
-2 vehicle maximum(please contact us if you need parking for a 3rd vehicle
-NO SMOKING
-NO PETS
