Ft. Lauderdale's premier contemporary loft complex. Three story and over 2000 sqft home in a very desirable location.

The townhome is located in a small 10 unit owner-occupied community. The townhome is a modern loft style home consisting of 3 floors. The space has been newly renovated and completely furnished with comfort in mind. The townhome offers complete privacy and guest parking right at its door. Our Modern second floor kitchen includes granite counters, wood cabinetry, Gallery series Frigidaire kitchen appliances. Kitchen amenities Include dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee machine, toaster and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. The bedrooms are located on the third floor for maximum privacy and both include queen size beds with en suites for your convenience. The master bath includes separate bath and shower as well as dual sink granite vanities. Start your morning off right with a nice cup of coffee overlooking downtown Ft. Lauderdale in the master bedrooms balcony. In the first floor living room there is a flat screen television, wifi internet access throughout the home and workplace area. Have additional guests staying with you? No problem, there are brand new couches in the living room and the second floor that open into a queen size bed.

My friends and I had an amazing experience staying at this Loft. John was a great host answering all our questions from the beginning of the process to the end and the loft was very clean with all the essentials and supplies needed. Will definitely stay again!

Spring Break visit

My family and recently visited and stayed at this property in Ft. Lauderdale. This property was more than we could ask for, it was very, great location and close to the airport. John was great to work with! Our flight was canceled and we arrived much later than expected. John was available at 0100 to assist my family and I. He was so kind. I will most definitely book this property again. I also forgot to mention, I thought it was such a nice touch having snacks available to the guests and nice toiletries as well. It’s the small things that matters.

Very Nice

The condo is as advertised - it is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The kitchen is new and well equipped. I would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Ft. Lauderdale. The owners are super responsive and met us around midnight to let us in after our flight. Two Thumbs up! The two full baths are in the bedrooms on the 3rd floor with a half bath on the second (kitchen) level. The first and second levels each have fold out couches in addition to the 2 queen beds on the third floor. It didn't bother me, but the condo is one block from the train tracks and trains do come through frequently and blow their horn.

John and Janet were great hosts, very responsive, and accommodating during our stay.

Lots of room in the 3 story townhouse and very close to Las Olas and the neighborhood park. Great amentiities inside the unit. The garage was also a huge plus for us and not commonly found in downtown rentals. Just be aware you are downtown and will hear traffic, etc.

The loft was lovely, spacious and comfortable for our family.

lovely townhouse. Surprised at extra supplies, coffee, shampoo, hand lotion...nice touch!

Large, airy...beautiful high ceilings... plenty of bathrooms...nice touch adding coffee, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, tooth paste... Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Good location, owner very helpful in the where to go and what to do department.

Nice place, lots of space, and very easy

We had a nice stay at the condo, found a good nearby restaurant, and a grocery store for snacks and breakfast food. The place has easy access to the airport and convention center and the hosts met us when we arrived and showed us around.

Comfortable modern!

We decided that this condo was perfect in every way. Location was perfect for downtown and the beaches. We felt at home here. I will warn that you will climb a lot of stairs here. With all of the rich food we ate it we needed the workout. We will be staying here again.

Very spacious and clean. Good central location in Fort Lauderdale

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. Lots of room. It would be nice to have a 3rd bed instead of the 2 pullout sofa's and there are not the most comfortable. The other 2 beds were wonderful. There is not sitting area in the courtyard and this would have been nice as well as a working BBQ. There was an old one there but it does not work. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedroom/baths. Very well stocked. Location was good about a 10 minute drive to the beaches and a $7.00 cab ride downtown for the evening entertainment. Owners were friendly and easy to contact.
