Little Plum Cottage is a luxurious and romantic one-bedroom villa located one lot back from world-famous Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This modern cottage is the perfect couple’s getaway, with six popular restaurants and the island’s central marina within a short walk. The stunning beach and turquoise water are just a short stroll from the villa and offer some of the island’s best snorkeling and miles of sugar-white sand. Take a dip in Little Plum’s pool or grill up some fresh fish on the BBQ grill.

This modern luxury villa offers a beautifully furnished living space, including a comfortable living room, a fully-outfitted kitchen, and a lovely top-floor bedroom with a king-size bed and partial views of the nearby marina and sea. This villa is the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the beautiful Turks and Caicos sun and sand, and enjoy some great activities nearby. Whether you are interested in an active vacation full of diving, sailing, snorkeling, fishing, golfing, and boating, or if you just want a sunny spot in the powder-white sand to listen to the ocean and read a good book, this villa is the perfect place to call home for the holidays.

Little Plum Villa is located almost directly on Smith's Reef -widely regarded as offering the best snorkeling in the country. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water partly because of this reef. Once you step over the rock, it mostly disappears to reveal a soft sandy bottom with excellent snorkeling just ahead.

Notes:

• At the time of booking, VRBO will only charge their service fee. We will follow up with payment details to complete your reservation. A 20% deposit is due to secure your booking; the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.

• The property manager will drop by to offer an orientation and answer any guests' questions.

• AC is metered to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given an AC allotment of $150 per week; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.

• With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. Some guests prefer wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery*

Little Plum

This house was perfect for my husband and me. We had a fabulous getaway and truly enjoyed our stay at the Little Plum. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, the beach was a few steps away, and the nearby restaurants offered great food and dining experiences all within walking distance. Such a great trip!

Great location close to Smith Reef for snorkelling and walking along the gorgeous beach. Lots of room for a couple. Nice dipping pool. Walking distance to Shark Bite and a few other restaurants at the marina. Central location on the island so easy to go exploring with a car. No complaints. Easy check-in and Check out.

Summer Trip

Villa is exactly as shown online. We were greeted by a representative of TC Villas upon arrival for brief rundown of the property. We contacted property manager about the phone not working and a missing cutting board. Both items were replaced immediately. Location is just a short walk to the beach and a few restaurants and is also centrally located from other beaches and restaurants. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time and would not hesitate to come back to Little Plum and book through TC Villas.

Wonderful stay at Little Plum

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Little Plum Villa for one week. It was our first trip to TCI but it will not be our last. The Villa itself was even more comfortable, clean and beautiful than the photos show. Tons of space, views and amenities. Management is professional and courteous as well. I can't wait to book another trip!

First time Villa rental and was amazing!

Little Plum Cottage was such an amazing Villa rental! We walked up the block to a few restaurants and a little casino. The Villa was immaculate! It was two levels with a private pool. The pool looks bigger in person then what is pictured on their site. We had an amazing time, so private and beautiful. There was a short path to walk to the beach from the front door which you can't see from their photos. The beach was beautiful white sand, clear water. Can't wait to go back again!

Little Luxury Getaway

Little Plum Cottage was a delight. Well planned and highly convenient location. It's well priced for what the villa delivers. The villa offers a spacious and well appointed place to relax and retreat for the day. Mango Reef restaurant is a few minutes away and certainly worth eating at. Airport is about 10 minutes away as well as the Regent Center.

This villa was beyond perfect!!! It was so contemporary and clean; the pool was beautiful and was a backyard oasis. We were within walking distance to restaurants and beach. Villa was located at Smith Reef so we couldn't sit on beach right in front of our villa; it was very rocky but great for snorkeling. We rented bikes and beach chairs and decided on a car rental our 3rd day. Absolutely fell in love with Turks and Caicos and our Little Plum Villa! Will be back again in the future.

Stunning modern villa

This is the best villa we have ever rented in the Caribbean. It is walking distance to several restaurants, Smith Reef is literally in your backyard, the pool was clean and inviting, and the villa had everything one could want. The quality of the villa was top notch and it was sparkling clean. The air flow was great - keeping the villa fresh and cool. We never had to turn on the a/c. Loved it!
