About this property

Rural vacation house overlooking the Wadden Sea in the Bay Kampener

Here you have found one of the few holiday homes, which is done directly on the sea. Pack No more beach bag, but only door and into the Wadden or in the waves. The corner house is about 100 square meters with its very spacious and offers 2 max. 5 people enough space. Your dog we like to get in touch with. Shopping opportunities are nearby.

In our house there is still the right island-feel. We bought the thatched house in Summer 2013. It has been completely renovated. High class joinery installations, tasteful floors, a Frisian tiled stove in the living room and luxurious bathrooms have make this property unique. From most of the bedrooms and from the living / dining room you can look in the vastness of the sea. A beautiful spacious terrace, a tastefully-designed garden and a beach chair on the dike at the private beach front finish complete the overall image.

Sehr schöne ruhige (im August 2025 allerdings mit etwas Baustelle direkt nebenan) Lage außerhalb von List mit eigener Treppe zum Strand und wenige Meter bis zum Oststrand. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 50 Meter vom Haus mit ca. 10 min. zum Hafen List mit Restaurants und Supermarkt und ca. 30 min bis Westerland.

Eine perfekte Woche auf Sylt

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von List, mit eigenem Strandzugang und ist daher auch für Urlauber mit Hund sehr gut geeignet. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, mit einem Mix aus rustikalem und entspanntem Landhaus- und Vintage-Stil, eigentlich ziemlich genau wie man sich ein Haus an der Küste vorstellt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Stauraum und Ablageflächen und bequeme Betten.Die Terrasse liegt geschützt hinter einem Wall auf dem Sylter Rosen wachen, wodurch es schon Mitte Mai möglich war, Zeit auf der Terrasse zu verbringen und dort zu frühstücken. Genial sind natürlich die beiden Strandkörbe am Ende Grundstücks, oberhalb des Strandes. Man kann darin windgeschützt sitzen und lesen oder einfach nur den schönen Ausblick auf das Meer genießen.Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche auf Sylt und vergeben !

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Traumhafte ruhige Lage, sauberes gemütliches Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Im schönen Strandkorb die Abendsonne mit Blick auf das Meer genießen. Was gibt es da zu bemängeln? Gastgeber sowie Hausmeister waren sehr bemüht, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Erholungsfaktor 100%! Vielen Dank dafür.

Traumhafter Winterurlaub auf Sylt

Wir hatten acht wunderbare Tage auf Sylt. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Unmittelbar am Strand mit tollem Blick aufs Meer, sehr gut eingerichtet/ausgestattet und auch noch sehr nett betreut von Vermieter und Verwalter. Vielen, vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!

Ein wahres Kleinod mit direktem Strandzugang

Dieses Haus bietet mit seiner tollen Lage direkt am Oststrand mit eigenem Zugang zum Strand und Strandkorb die perfekte Entspannung. Im Haus befindet sich wirklich alles was man benötigt Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Morgens direkt mit dem Hund zum Strand und später im Strankorb direkt über dem Meer chillen. Wir kommen wieder.

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage

Das Ferienhaus hat eine traumhafte Lage mit eigenem Strandzugang und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Während das Hauptschlafzimmer sehr geräumig ist und einen tollen Blick auf das Meer hat, sind die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer relativ klein, aber für jeweils eine Person ausreichend.

Klein aber extrem fein.

Für 4 Erwachsene heimelig, aber sehr auch sehr gemütlich. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Strandzugang und der Blick aufs Meer auch im Winter eine Freude. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, zumal das Inselwetter auch mitgespielt hat.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Starndzugang

Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet Neue für den Urlaub perfekt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen aber das machte für uns den Reiz auch aus. Für Urlauber mit Hund ist das Haus und der Garten perfekt. Wir werden das Haus wieder buchen.

Perfektes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich,hat alles perfekt organisiert von der Anreise bis zur Abreise.das Haus war sehr sauber,perfekt eingerichtet ,in einer super schönen,ruhigen Lage,mit direktem,eigenen Strandzugang.der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich und bemüht.er hat uns auch den einen oder anderen Tipp bzgl guten Essen gegeben.auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen.wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage mit Strandzugang

Das Ferienhaus ist für 5 Personen gut geeignet. Die Lage mit eigenem Strandzugang und Meerblick ist besonders hervorzuheben. Wir waren mit 4 Personen vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einer toller Sylt-Aufenthalt
