Secure off street parking. Tennis court, hot tubs & swimming pool just feet away from your front door as are the swimmable beach & surf break. Surf locker included. Nearby restaurants, shopping, groceries, bars & world class fishing. Small gym and a beach Palapa area.Small outdoor barbecue on the deck. Brand new shower and bathroom remodel. Also brand new Quartzsite kitchen counter as of November 2020. Brand new memory foam mattress and box spring. Unit is located on Highway one and not in Palmilla.

Why they chose this property

It's all about the sun and the surf. Then came the people who live and work there - they are like family. Then came Art Walk, cool restaurants and bars. In reality though it is about sitting at the seawall with your cup of coffee, watching the sunrise & whales breach or having a glass of wine in the cool of the evening while the surf breaks at your feet. In reality it is about all of that -
