This condo is fresh, clean, and furnished to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. The living room features a large Flat screen TV. The adjacent lanai is perfect for those morning coffees or afternoon cocktails. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, separate dining table and beautiful views. The master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV, a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom and adjacent main bathroom. We are from Ontario, Canada and we are very close to retirement. We love spending time at the ocean and taking tropical vacations. River Strand gives us the opportunity to be active, to meet new friends, and to relax by the pool side or in our lanai.

Why they chose this property

This property appealed to us as there are so many activities to do. You can be busy playing tennis, pickle ball, or golf. There are two fitness centres with state of the art equipment. You can also enjoy walking, biking, or sitting in the lanai overlooking the pond. The facilities are clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere is wonderfully inviting.

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy a well decorated and up to date facility with all of the latest amenities. The ground floor condo allows you to have easy access to the grounds from the lanai which also makes it ideal for pets.
