We loved the property and the location. House was very clean and well stocked with supplies and items that made it feel like home. We were able to easily walk from the house to shop and eat consistently. Communication was very good and they were very responsive. The only thing I would change or recommend is change to using digital locks instead of keys, just for convenience. Would highly recommend to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

This house is in a great location. Just a block from the main street. We were able to walk to all restaurants and shopping within minutes. The two-unit AC was cool, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including every flavor of Starbucks coffee pods and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was relaxing, the front porch was delightful in the evening and we were able to use the garage and driveway for all 3 vehicles. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Fredericksburg again we would certainly book this place to stay.

Great outdoor area! House is very well equipped and we spent a lovely Thanksgiving. Walking distance to Main Street (3-5 min walking to few good restaurants), 13 min walking to Marktplatz, and 23 min drive to Enchanted Rock.It worked out for us, but I want to highlight that Bedroom 2 (2 Twin Beds and 1 Queen Bed) is in fact inside the Master (1 King Bed) bedroom - rooms separated only by a sliding barn door.

Wonderful!

Ladies weekend and the house was designed for entertaining. From the beautiful fireplace and dining area to the front porch it was a delightful experience. Close to main street as well so those that wanted to do more shopping could while others relaxed.
