The Yacht club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a large heated pool and Jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.
Its great location provides very easy access to South Beach, Sunny Isles and Miami Beach to the south, and Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale area to the north. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more.
The whole apartment is newly remodelled and professionaly decorated.
Equipped with: Fitted and Flat sheets, Pillow cases, brand Duvet covers, bath towels, beach towels, bath mats, toothbrush holder, soap, cup, liquid soap, extra tissue, brush, and shower accesories. Decorative pillows, bases, flowers pots etc.
This is a non smoking apartment. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.
The living room has a 70" LED flat screen TV and 2 comfortable sofas and extra sofa bed.
Fully equipped kitchen with granite new top of the line stainless steel appliances, with new dishes, serving dishes, pots, pans, utensils.
Balcony with lovely nest chairs and table.
The laundry closet has bi-fold doors, and keeps the full size washer & dryer (detergent supplied). Also included: an iron and ironing board, all kind of cleaning objects.
Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom suite has a full comfort king size bed, sofa, side table and includes access to the walk-through closet and the on-suite bathroom. The suite comes with a 42' LED TV flat. The ceiling fan comes with a remote control and a computer desk with WIFI internet connection.
2 extra BR with 2 full size beds each and a sofa bed in the bigger one. each of them with 32" LED TV and ATT U Verse 100 channels.
1 extra BA with all kind of new Towels and Accessories.
We speak English, Spanish, Hebrew, and French.

Wonderful in Aventura

Our family had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo unit. It was just as it is in the photos. All amenities included and close to all the important elements. Would definitely stay here again.

Met and Exceeded Expectations

It is nice to enter a property where the reality is as good if not better than professional photographs that are posted . This is your first impression. The host makes a special effort to ensure that you feel welcomed and that everything is taken care of. The bathrooms are fully stocked with almost anything you would have in your home. The linen cupboard has a huge supplied of towels on shelves marked beach towels and pool towels different sizes for different needs. That is an example of detail and effort taken by the host for your benefit. Lucy responds to any request within moments of your communication. The space is great. The dinning room can seat 10 persons comfortably. The living room is good for 5-6 persons. The balcony is cozy comfortable with hanging wicker chairs . There are 4 tvs most with access to Netflix and Prime. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms quite spacious with tons of cupboard space. The kitchen has everything you need and the counter is a nice granite. Even the pans are special. They are ceramic easy to cook on easier to clean. There are 9 buildings at the Yacht Club. Most owners and guests will tell you building 7 is the best for location and quietness. This unit is a corner unit in Building 7. We have been at the Yacht Club for three consecutive years. The location is perfect. It is gated with easy access to owners and renters through a bar code on your car. It has the nicest walk in South Florida. One can walk around a picture perfect trail about 2 miles around a pristine golf course. Hundreds of walkers a day and it is just a step outside of the Yacht Club entrance. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries stores and is a 15 minute walk to Aventura Mall (one of the largest malls in South Florida). The Marriott Hotel is the owner of the golf course and to show you the popularity of the property it hosted the Superbowl Champions KC Chiefs and 2000 family friends. The pool at the Yacht Club is a meeting place and off the pool there is an inhouse exercise room. A BBQ, bar and gazebo at pool level that can hosts 3 families at once . You are on the intercoastal and there are in fact many yachts docked there. The causeway is a minute away and that takes you to Ocean Blvd and the beaches. There is even a free shuttle bus that will take you to your destination in the area. In all it is perfect place to spend a month or two or three in South Florida.

Excelent place to stay

We have just returned from our vacational trip to Ft. Lauderdale. We had a great time and staying at this beautiful home was the best decision. we found everything at it is shown in the page, host Lucy was always ready to help and guide us. Why they chose this property

I love Miami since I was young. I have traveled many times to this area and love it.
My dream was to own a small piece of Miami, and preferably at Aventura.
We loved Yatch Club because of the many amenities offered and you can find people always, you won't ever feel alone.
You can also walk in front and enjoy jogging at the Turnberry Golf court, or ride bicycle, or simply walk around and enjoy view and wellness.

What makes this property unique

I tried to make my home completely different from my home town, I like to feel that I am relaxing in my Vacation home and enjoying holidays with my family and friends.
to feel close to the beach and delight weather, so I made it in a nautical style. everything should match accordingly to sea colors.
We choose 3 bedrooms to join family trips or friends trips all together.
