Ski-In/Ski-Out Italian 2BR End-Unit Condo – Everline Resort, Palisades Tahoe

Imagine waking up to mountain light pouring through cherrywood-framed windows, watching skiers on the runs and golfers on the fairway, and knowing the chairlift and trails are just outside your resort. This Italian-inspired 2BR/2BA end-unit condo sits inside Everline Resort & Spa (formerly Resort at Squaw Creek) with true ski-in/ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe and an 18-hole championship golf course at the base.

This is our private vacation home, not a standard hotel room. The condo has been extensively upgraded (over $200k in improvements), and there is no other suite like it in the resort. We designed it to feel like a boutique Italian apartment in the mountains, with all the comforts of home and the amenities of a full-service resort.

Layout and sleeping arrangements (sleeps up to 8)

The condo is ideal for families, couples traveling together, girls’ trips, wedding prep, VIP guests, multi-generational stays and small leadership or business meetings that need a quiet, beautiful base.

All four beds are dressed in Hotel Collection 680-thread-count 100% Supima cotton sheets and pillowcases. Hotel Collection towels are provided in both bathrooms so everyone enjoys a high-end linen experience. Two full bathrooms offer space to get ready, with the primary bath featuring travertine flooring and spa-like touches.

From the moment you enter, you can feel the difference from a typical resort room:

As an end unit with one of the largest 2-bedroom living room floorplans in the resort, the condo has extra windows, more natural light and sweeping views of the resort, mountain runs and golf course.

This condo is often chosen as a home base for weddings, elopements, VIP guests and small business or leadership meetings at Everline and Palisades Tahoe. The spacious living room and elegant finishes create a beautiful setting for:

The condo has a fully equipped kitchenette that’s scaled for mountain living but upgraded for comfort. You can easily handle breakfasts, snacks and simple dinners without feeling like you’re “making do.”

- Secondary mini refrigerator with a small freezer compartment (perfect for ice cream bars and frozen treats)
- Wolf dual burners
- Microwave and dishwasher
- Coffee maker, toaster and blender
- Cookware, mixing bowls, prep tools, plates, mugs, glasses and flatware
- Elegant wine glasses so you can pour a proper glass and enjoy the view

Whether you’re fueling up before first chair, assembling après-ski snacks or making simple family meals, the space is designed to work.

Fun extras inside the condo

We’ve added small touches to make time together easy and fun:

- Games, including Apples to Apples, for family nights and friend groups
- Sleds for gentle winter hills (where safe and permitted)
- A few fishing poles and portable fishing/camping chairs for nearby waters (seasonal and where allowed)

These are provided as a courtesy so you can enjoy the area in all seasons without packing everything from home.

Resort amenities

As our guest, you have access to Everline Resort & Spa amenities, which typically include:

- Outdoor pools and hot tubs heated year-round (seasonal hours may apply)
- Saunas and spa facilities in the resort’s spa/fitness area
- Ski-in/ski-out chair lift access to Palisades Tahoe
(lift tickets are required and purchased separately from the resort/mountain; they are not included in your stay)
- Fitness center and tennis (seasonal)
- On-site restaurants and Sandys Pub for casual dining and après-ski
- Resort shops and lobby gathering spaces for chess, lounging and people-watching

You get the convenience of a full-service resort combined with the privacy of a privately owned condo.

House rules and important notes

This is our personal vacation home and is treated as such. We welcome respectful guests who will care for it as their own.

- No shoes inside the condo (to protect the New Zealand wool carpet, travertine and finishes)
- No pets
- Strictly no smoking or vaping

The condo is perfect for wedding prep, VIP stays, ski trips, small business or leadership meetings and relaxed time together. It is not suitable for parties, events with amplified music or large groups.

Resort fees and parking

- Resort fees are already included in your online booking total, so you should not be charged an additional daily resort fee at check-in.

- Resort parking is handled directly by Everline Resort & Spa. Current guidance is approximately $35 per day for self parking and $65 per day for valet parking. These rates are set by the resort, paid directly to the resort at check-in or check-out, and are subject to change.

Resort rentals and services
- Rental items and services provided by the resort (for example, bike rentals and other activities) are extra and are paid directly to the resort. They are not included in your nightly rate.

Cleaning
- We use our own cleaning team, equipment and supplies stored in the condo. Hotel housekeeping is not part of this service, and daily hotel-style housekeeping is not included.

Ownership of items
- All furnishings, décor, games, sleds, umbrellas, fishing poles, chairs, kitchenware and linens belong to the condo, not the hotel, and are not interchangeable with resort items. Please leave everything in the condo for the next guests.
