This bright Floridian condo boasts a Key West theme. There is tiled floor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops with a tumbled marble shower enclosure in the guest bathroom. The ensuite has an oversized shower head. The living room has new comfy chesterfields with a LG55" flatscreen smart TV and stereo. The unit will sleep 6 comfortably with a queen sized pullout in the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed with two twin beds in the guest room. All beds have new mattresses to enjoy a goodnight's sleep to get ready for you next beach day. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space and wall mounted flatscreen TV's and DVD players. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom and living room. The unit has its own washer and dryer. From the balcony, you can enjoy the ocean view on beautiful Crescent Beach.

The only wish I have is that the owner purchase a new television that has a larger screen and is HD quality. I have visited several units and they all have updated televisions. If this is not addressed I will look for a different unit for my future visits.

Paradise at the door.

Incredibly close to beach which was perfect with children. It takes two minutes to run upstairs and grab those things you inevitably forget. Place was clean and there is a decent view of the beach from the balcony. We loved the fourth and fifth floor viewing decks at the back of the building. All the stores, coffee shop, ice cream shop, and restaurant/ bars are a two minute walk. Great location!

House of the Sun is a great place to stay in Siesta Key Our condo is spotless and fully functional 😊 The front desk/management is efficient and welcoming We arrived early and they were so accommodating They called us when our condo was ready which was 2 hours before actual check in time 😊 Thanks for a wonderful week!

April 2016 Stay

We loved our first stay at House of the Sun, hopefully not the last!! Our daughter and son in law and two grandchildren were with us! All of us loved the ocean, condo, restaurants, environment and activities! We had the nicest vacation!
