Great vacation rental experience!

The unit was exactly what we expected based on the listing information. A nice spacious layout that was very clean and well maintained. The Terraverde Country Club grounds are well maintained including the amenity center with a nice pool and spa. The 9 hole golf course is well maintained and is a nice challenging layout for players of all skill levels. The location is convenient to beaches, shopping, restaurants and the airport. Based on our positive experience we would recommend this unit and location.

Good overall, unit slightly dated.

The unit was clean and had all necessary kitchen utensils. I will say the furniture and TV's were old and dated. The bath towels should probably be replaced, old and worn. However, the unit had a great lanai, quiet with a nice view. The pool/ neighborhood were quiet, which I personally like. Everyone was friendly at the community. The owner was very easy to deal with and great responding to my questions and needs. I would stay there again. Pat
