Cummaquid - Amazing location - Enjoy gorgeous views across Barnstable Harbor of Sandy Neck from the deck of this free standing condo cottage tucked down a private road. This cozy 2 bedrooms and 1 bath cottage with one of the bedrooms having a queen bed and the second 2 twins is the perfect place to sip your coffee on the deck watching the boats come and go. A stone's throw to the association beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! The ideal place to make your cape cod memories. Living space approximately square footage is 580

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

You can't beat the location, the property was exactly as we expected, the homeowners were great to deal with, and a perfect escape for social distancing (a private beach!)

Excellent location. The little community at Cape Cod village were very friendly. Great views of the Bay, Sandy Neck, sunrise & sunsets. The night sky was incredible.Convenient to all of the Cape.

Dream Vacation

Our stay ranked on the short list of one of the best vacations we ever had -- cute cottage (needed a little refurbishing), proximity to the beach mere steps away, quiet little community, and access to many resources and things to do. If we can afford it, we will return some time!

Cape perfection

Great cottage just steps away from the ocean. Perfect for a small family or couple. We spent every day on the beach, rode bikes through the neighborhood, watched the sunset at night. Nice central location off of 6a, close to everything you need.

Great Spot - Charming Cottage

We had a nice family stay at this property. It is a charming beach cottage with authentic character. Incredible location, water views and steps to the private beach, which has a classic Cape Cod low tide experience. We were there during a heat wave, so the no AC and bugs were a bit challenging.

Bright, Cheerful Updated Cottage

We were so impressed with the open concept layout between the first floor rooms and the open ceiling to the second floor. We had 4 people but 6 could sleep in this cottage. The big expansive deck served as a gathering place for two families. Easy access to the beach. The houses are surround by open grass areas, perfect to play games and have fun. Quiet and relaxing location. The cottage exceeded our expectations!

The cottage is cute and in a great location. We enjoyed being so near the beach and the surrounding neighborhood is a nice place to take walks. Our only complaint was the owners had left clothing in the bedroom dresser so we were unable to use it. We would not hesitate to go back and would recommend to others.

Quiet cozy house on a lovely beach

This beautiful house--bigger than it looks in the photos--was perfect for our family of 3 (one child, age 8). Beach is just steps away and perfect for a socially-distanced vacation. We had a great time walking out to the sand bars during low tide and swimming in the relatively warm water at high tide. House was pretty well supplied with kitchen basics. No AC (as is clear from the listing), but there are two window fans, which helped a lot. The Mass Audubon trails were a nice bonus.

Location was perfection!

I’m in love with this cottage! The views, the 60 second walk to the sand, the outdoor shower, the neighborhood... it couldn’t be better. Friendly owners to boot! We’ll be back!

Cute Cottage in CCV.

We loved this location in CCV. Short stroll to beautiful low tide walks and the swimming is divine. Patrick and Foran Realty were super helpful; our refrigerator broke down but by the end of the day, a new one was delivered. There are couple of small housekeeping items in the cottage which I am sure the owner will address. We look forward to returning next July.
