The apartment is super new and cozy, the building has swimming pool and covered parking space.
The location is great, very close to the beach, close to bakeries, markets and restaurant, downtown Ubatuba is two miles away.

Aparentemente bom e bem equipado.

Apartamento bom e aconchegante, bem equipado, com boa infraestrutura para o lazer, acesso fácil, bem localizado, próximo à praia e com arredores tranquilo e com boa infraestrutura. Proprietária prestativa o tempo todo para resolver quaisquer imprevistos. Que no meu caso não houve, tudo saiu como planejado, apenas deixo expressa a disposição do proprietário para com o locatário. Recomendo.
