Renovated and redecorated in 2023.

The town house is located in Mykonos’ most privileged private 8-villa compound, Villa Perla. Supremely located on a small hilltop, over the town’s main sea-front square, this town house offers unbelievable views and the luxury of being less than a minute’s walk away from the center of Mykonos, yet enjoying the benefits of privacy, of a shared pool and of private parking.
The compound is designed by the most celebrated and internationally recognised architect in Greece.

The residence has a total area of approximately 75 sq.m. (800 sq. ft).
The residence offers unparalleled views to the town of Mykonos, the sunset, the island of Delos and the sea beyond from each and every part of it.

The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, both with extraordinary views and the first bathroom. On the ground floor there is the kitchen with a built in bar, the living room with a fireplace and the second bathroom. This residence has the privilege of having a large, private and secluded veranda with a private plunge pool and a built in marble table with sofas offering a unique location for dining and ideal for inviting select guests and enjoying the incredible views. All rooms have an A/C. The decoration of the residence provides a sense of warmth and sophistication. This residence constitutes a rare opportunity for the discerning couple looking for an in town accomodation with great luxury, privacy, incredible views and all the comforts. Cleaning offered every three days and every two days during peak season (July and August) that can be adjusted according to client's needs at a min cost.

Newly renovated in a modern style but keeping the traditional Charme; great view to the Harbour and the sea; only a few minutes walk to the center, but far enough to avoid the loud party music while sleeping; parking available however please rent only a small car :-); very good communication with the host in case of questions

Amazing Townhouse in Mykonos!

The Perla Townhouse is so perfect! It’s spacious, beautifully appointed, and centrally located with amazing views. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. It’s an easy walk down into the heart of Mykonos Town. The hot tub/patio area was lovely for cocktails & breakfast, overlooking the sea. We would highly recommend staying here!!

House was perfect. Views are great and proximity to town is amazing. Short walk down the stairs and you are in the middle of everything. House was very clean and great outdoor area to sit and enjoy the view. Only issue is need better wifi on lower outdoor patio.

Perfect Property with Perfect Location

My family had the best stay at this townhome! Dimitri ensured that everything was ready and gave great tips for restaurants and transportation options. And the hosts were very responsive to answer any questions. This townhome is located just steps from the main part of town and we loved being able to walk everywhere so easily. The townhome itself was very comfortable and we also enjoyed sitting on the beautiful patio and enjoying the views. Thank you Dimitri for making our stay so wonderful!

Amazing Mykonos

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Mykonos! This home has great views with an amazing deck, and just steps away from the main town. Shopping and restaurants so close! We needed extra towels and bedding and the owner got right back to us, and we received everything so quick. Communication with owner was so efficient. Loved all of his recommendations for restaurants! Loved 180 bar SO much. You’ll live this place!!

Wonderful location

The location, the view and the shaded outside living area were just brilliant. We really enjoyed our stay. Room for improvement in the kitchen. We did not want to self-cater, just enjoy leisurely breakfasts, and the basics were just not there eg no knives, other than a carving knife and no basics like salsa and pepper. It was a bit odd as the rest of the property was so thoughtfully provisioned.

Perfect Location

We had a fabulous stay in Dimitri's town house. The bedrooms and views from them were amazing. The bathroom was great with endless hot water, more than enough for 4 showers one after the next! The terrace is the main wow factor of this property, views across the port, amazing sunsets. So nice to sit and watch the world go by with a sun downer! If I was being picky a couple of things that need attention were in the kitchen. No hot water or sink plug, made it tricky to wash up etc, wash floors in hot water etc. Also the cooker or hob didn't work. It wasn't so much of a problem as we ate out but on a couple of occasions we needed it. also no corkscrew!!! so bring your own or you can get one from the local supermarket. However the location of this property was perfect, steps away from the heart of the old town, yet quiet and peaceful. I would totally recommend this property and the help and professional service we received. P.s Forgot to say the property was spotlessly clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect villa in a perfect location

Dimitri was an excellent host and made sure we were happy with everything when we arrived (despite our flight being delayed and landing much later than expected). The villa is in a unbeatable position, right in the old town, with beautiful views over port. The rooms were both good sizes, with great views and (very importantly) both had A/C. The villa has use of a great shared pool and has a great private patio area to watch sunsets and relax. I would have no hesitation recommending both Dimitri as a host and the villa. I will look here first when returning to Mykonos.

Beautiful villa close to town with great amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at Dimitri's place. The villa was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was quiet and clean. The air conditioning worked very well, and the patio was perfect for watching the sunset. The villa was a short walk into town - about 3 minutes and just up a few steps. Dimitri checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. We could not have asked for a better location or place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT HOME IN THE PERFECT LOCATION!

My boyfriend and another couple loved our stay here! The house: It's a super charming and lovely property! From the front door, the upstairs has 2 super cute bedrooms that overlook the port and a master bath. Downstairs is the kitchen, living room, a second bathroom and a wonderfully spacious terrace with a prefect view of the sunset. We spent many evenings watching the sunset enjoying a glass of wine :) The pool was great to dip into as well! The Location: The property is also so conveniently located and close to pretty much everything...I mean everything...the shops, the port, the taxi/bus stands, the other hotels, bars, restaurants, etc. It is literally a 3 minute walk down the steps to the center. It's has a wonderful view as it's situated high, but the cool thing is we didn't have to climb very many stairs to get to it. Our host: Our host Dimitri was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all emails before our arrival. Upon arrival, he was also super helpful and quick to respond to our text messages: where's the iron, where do we get ferry tix, where's the nearest super market, etc. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book this property again in a heart beat! Thank you Dimitri for taking such good care of us!!
