We're just minutes from Mammoth’s best summer activities — Enjoy full community access to the Pool, Hot Tub, BBQs, Sauna, Pickle Ball, Tennis and Basketball Hoop. You’ll be minutes from Mammoth’s best summer activities — golf, hiking, fishing, and mountain biking are all nearby. Take a stroll through Valentine Reserve, hit the town bike loop, or spend the day exploring one of the many beautiful lakes in the area. Restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are just a quick 5-minute drive away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off both baseboard heaters. Leave the living room heater at 65 degrees.
Assure that the fireplace is fully extinguished and coals placed in the hot coal container on the balcony.
Check-Out is at 10:00 AM. Move you vehicle from the parking space no later than 10 AM so so the cleaning crew has a place to park.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DRINKING GAMES prohibited inside the condo and any common area to include but not limited to pools, spas, saunas, etc.
No parties allowed in this unit/community. Please make sure to keep noise levels down particularly after 10pm.
NO FILMING of any kind allowed in the condo or the complex. No illegal music downloads are allowed on the wifi.

Hi, we are Chris and Ivana. We are a skiing family that lives in Souther CA. We came to Mammoth for the first time in 2017 for a skiing trip with our two boys. It was love at first sight. Mammoth offers slopes that are both kid friendly and challenging. Coming to Mammoth in the summer has taken our breath away. There is so much to do and explore.

When we are not in our home town, you will find us in Mammoth doing what we love to do, explore, be outside, fish, bike or ski. We hope to share our home with likeminded travelers and families that need a home while away from home. Cheers and safe travels! Chris and Ivana

Why they chose this property

We chose this location because it felt quiet and very tranquil, in a community that has a lot of amenities to offer. The condo is a short walk or a single bus stop to chair 15. During summers the neighborhood is walkable, the Valentines preserve is walking distance, the golf course is across the street, and Vons and movie theater a 18 min walk (or a 4 min drive) . We love it and hope you will too.

What makes this property unique

This is our home away from home. We remodeled the original 1970s unit and take pride in maintaining the unit condition. We like to be comfortable when traveling - which we took into consideration when equipping the condo, and made sure there is all one would need for a comfortable stay.
