Our lovingly furnished 2 room apartment is designed for 1-5 people and is very conveniently located to the city center, exhibition center and zoo.

The apartment has a bedroom with a single and double bed, a living / bedroom with a sofa bed and cable TV, a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, a fully equipped kitchen and balcony.

Free internet (WiFi) and an elevator are also available. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, baby cot and high chair are available. Sufficient free parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Wir wollten Leipzig kennen lernen. Als Ausgangspunkt war die Wohnung ideal. Die Strassenbahnlinie 1 ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. In der Innenstadt ist man ebenfalls in 10 Minuten. Sehr lebendiges Zentrum, sehr schöne Stadt. Die vielen Parkanlagen und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind beeindruckend. Auch die Umgebung ist sehenswert.

Wohnung war sehr ruhig. Das Umfeld ist nicht so schön. Viel Müll auf den Bürgersteigen, Häuser mit grafity beschmiert. Einen Bäcker und ein kleines Geschäft sind in der Nähe. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Dann 10 Minuten Fahrt zum Bahnhof. Der Check in hat gut funktioniert.

Insgesamt sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist in tadellosem Zustand. Sehr geräumig, ruhig, mit Balkon ausgestattet, sauber. Bis zur Straßenbahn-Haltestelle (Linie 1) sind es ca 500 m. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden, aber nicht garantiert. Im Vorfeld wurde meine Frage, ob Pakplätze vorhanden seien nicht beantwortet, am Ende war die Kommunikation aber ok. Alles in Allem sind wir sehr zufrieden

Entdeckung der Stadt leicht gemacht; gute Verbindng mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Grossräumige Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. Aufzug vorhanden. Der ein oder andere Gebrauchsgegenstand in Küche und Essbereich hat uns gefehlt. Dem Hnweis eines Hausbewohners folgend haben wir unsere Fahrräder nicht im Hof sondern im Kellerraum abgestellt, wo sie offensichtlich in Scherheit waren.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour avec un temps magnifique L’appartement est au calme et bien placé pour rejoindre la ville soit avec le tram 1 ou à pied , environ 3km Leipzig est une très belle ville avec beaucoup d’histoire Nous avons aussi visité Dresden et le château Colditz. Nous avons tous bien apprécié.

Tolle Freienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und ein toller Bäcker. Zwei Haltestellen sind gut zu erreichen und mit einem Umstieg ist man entweder am Augustusplatz oder am Hbf. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus war leicht zu finden. Wir haben vor allem den Balkon sehr genossen. Die gesamte Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Alles hat gut geklappt und die Vermieterin hatte noch gleich einen guten Tipp parat. Wir waren äußerst zufrieden!!!

Kleine Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, optimal für 2-4 Personen, Innenstadt in ca. 30 Gehminuten erreichbar. Sehr preiswert. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist optimal für Weichschlafer.

Super ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße, allerdings auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt zur Ladenstraße, Schwimmbad, Parkanlagen und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, außerdem ordentlich und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, es gab eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und allem was man um sich selbst zu versorgen braucht. Außerdem gab es jede Menge Spielsachen für die Kinder und sogar an ein Fön und Bügeleisen wurde gedacht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Schöne helle Wohnung in schönem Altbauviertel

Eine sehr saubere, top funktionsmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung in 100 Jahre altem, renoviertem ArtDeco-Haus. Stillvolles Holztreppenhaus mit Fahrstuhl. Moderenes Bad, Küche mit allen nötigen Geräten und Utensilien. Kleine Bäckerei und Konsum in umittlebarer Nähe. Zur Umgebung gibt es einen kostenlosen AudioGuide (guidemate, Schönefeld). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Sehr schöne helle und großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon im 2. OG; ruhig gelegen. Stilvoll renovierter Altbau (kühl trotz Hitze) mit Flair. Nach kurzem Fußweg erreicht man die Straßenbahnhaltestelle und ist nach 5 Stationen am Hauptbahnhof. Bäcker und kleiner Lebensmittelladen um die Ecke.

Ruhige Lage und alles vorhanden

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet: geräumige Zimmer, komfortable Betten, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, großes Bad und sogar einen Balkon. Es fehlt an nichts, alles ist durchdacht eingerichtet (man hat sehr viel Platz) und vor dem Haus kann man kostenfrei parken. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man in 5 Minuten einen Bäcker, kann aber auch in 10 Minuten Fußweg zwei weitere Bäcker anstreben. Mit der Bahn, die in 8 Minuten Fußweg Entfernung abfährt, ist man in knapp 20 Minuten im Zentrum, sodass man die ruhige Lage der Wohnung genießen kann und dennoch schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin war absolut professionell. Kurzum: Beim nächsten Leipzig-Besuch buchen wir wieder diese Wohnung.

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung, von der man sehr schnell das Zentrum erreichen kann. Leider ist die Wohngegend nicht so ansprechend, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Top, Jeder Zeit wieder. 4 Sterne nur deshalb, da die Sauberkeit auf der Strasse und den Buergersteigen eher duerftig war. Dafuer kann aber die Wohnung nichts.
