Villa Rosy is modern, friendly and nicely decorated. Only about 150 meters to the 7 km long sandy beach. Two bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, open fireplace; fully fitted kitchen. SATELLITE TV. Washing machine. Outdoor shower with hot water. Barbecue. Fenced. 25 mq terrace. Small to medium sized dogs are allowed.
The house is on two floors, very well maintained and furnished with maximum comfort, with fitted wardrobes and built-in shelves, beautifully coordinated floor tiles and floor frescos, just as the color harmony of the entire house in light blue / white is deliberately maintained. None of the accessories were set at random, but deliberately chosen. The walls are also beautifully and subtly illustrated, so that the impression of sterility cannot arise, but the homely is preserved.


Living in Villa Rosy: On the ground floor is a large and cozy living and dining room with an open fireplace for cozy hours, a double sofa bed, armchair, TV-sat, bathroom with shower and washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen (4 plate stove, oven etc. and large fridge), a small terrace with barbecue. On the first floor there are two neat bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. In the garden there is a beautiful covered terrace (25 sqm) with garden furniture, which provides enough cooling shade in summer. This borders on a small garden with a wide variety of Mediterranean bushes, small trees and green and bleeding plants. The entire area is fenced, the parking lot is in front of the house.

Location of Villa Rosy: The wonderful Villa Rosy is located on a barely used, child-safe access road that leads directly to the sandy beach, in the immediate vicinity of the sea: family-friendly, spacious and comfortable, perfect for families, small groups and also for dog owners and guests without own car. The surrounding area is characterized by the green of the trees and not by large hotel and apartment blocks. In a nearby hotel with camping, music events with animation take place from mid-June to the end of September.

Important distances: The center of Marina di Ascea can be easily reached in approx. 1.5 km and with a distance of approx. 2 km to the train station it is easy to get to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Naples or Salerno by Intercity. But shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and discos are much closer; everything can be reached in about 5 - 15 minutes on foot, even without your own car. This also applies to the wide range of sports on offer, such as tennis (guest tournaments), a riding school or football games. The ancient sites of Velia are also easy to reach and are located around 500 meters away.
