Cozy apartment on the beachfront avenue.

Our location is excellent! The beach front is cool and shallow, and we are close to the shopping center. You do not need a car at all.
We stayed on the strip. Central Beach.
The building is facing the sea, the apartment is in the back. The apartment is very cozy, ideal for small families and with children.

The space

The apartment has 1 bedroom, and there you find: 01 Sofa bed in the living room, 01 bed box in the bedroom, 02 double matresses, 02 single matresses. 01 TV 29 ", 01 Stove 4 burners, 01 Refrigerator, and basic utensils (pans, dish, glass, cutlery, thermos, pillows).
We provide some domestic electro: Blender, mixer, mixer, fruit juicer, steam iron ...
Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room.
Building all monitored with surveillance cameras 24 hours.

We do not have parking in the building, however we indicated a garage where you could leave your car, negotiating your stay direct with the owner.
There are parking spaces in front of the building, and we also indicate this option.

Guest access

The guest will be entitled to the entire apartment. We do not live close by but we will always be available by phone for any emergency.

Other observations

We do not provide bed linen, bed linen and towels (it takes 1h and a half from the apartment, so it would be expensive if the price was included).
We did not book off the site.
IMPORTANT - Please be aware of the check-in and check-out times. If there is no one on the same day as you, we are flexible at times. However we do not check in or check out before 7 in the morning or after 7 in the evening.
