Set on 60 tropical acres, the resort features a newly renovated pool and jacuzzi, a private lagoon beach, outdoor grills, a marina with boat ramp, fishing pier, tennis courts, scenic nature trails, a poolside bar and grill, and even kid-friendly swings.



The Space:

Welcome to Ocean Pointe 1212, our inviting 2-bedroom condo, ideally located to provide breathtaking views of the protected mangrove forest and the stunning Atlantic. The space includes: Master Suite: Features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Second Bedroom: Furnished with a queen bed. Living Area: A tropical-inspired space with a sleeper sofa. Kitchen: Complete with granite countertops, a microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Dining & Breakfast: Includes a coffee maker and a breakfast bar. Balcony: A private balcony with views of the mangroves. Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with bath amenities. Additional Conveniences: Bath towels, a hair dryer, an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, two TVs with cable, complimentary WiFi, books, games, pool accessories, and a Pack 'n play and highchair available upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the resort's amenities, including beach access with provided beach chairs, a Junior Olympic-size outdoor pool, and a 14-person hot tub. Enjoy lounging by the pool with provided loungers and umbrellas. The property also offers two private tennis courts and several charcoal BBQ stations. Additional amenities include a 24/7 front gate security and access to the on-site marina (slip rental available separately).



The Neighborhood:

On 60 acres in Key Largo, this beachfront resort is 10 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and 1.7 miles from the Wild Bird Center. The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Please respect our neighbors. Guest are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.



All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
