Sunrise beach!

Sunshine House is just a few steps away white sandy beaches, located in the
Sunrise Beach Community on the South Side of 30-A. House has a private HEATED pool
with Gulf View at the Top of the 3rd balcony. Just a short walk to Gulf PLace,
and Shunk Gulley Restaurant,.
On the first floor you find a Queen guest bedroom, with private tub/shower combo, the french doors lead out to the swimming Pool . The second Floor features a queen size bed with a private bath with attached balcony on left side of 2nd floor Then on right side of 2nd floor
a king size bed across the hallway with private bath with a attached
balcony. The third floor features a 2 bunkbeds ..

Living room .. There a queen sleeper sofa that make into a pull out bed.

Robbie was an amazing communicator leading up to and throughout the stay. The place was well equipped for the beach and in the kitchen! The walk to the beach was excellent and into town. Would stay at this property again in the future!

Great Location

The owners, Robbie and Nita, were very welcoming and helpful! The house is in a great location..very close to the beach and very walkable to restaurants and shopping! Loved having a private pool!

My family & I had the best time during our stay in “Our Sunshine.” The location to the beach, along with walking distance to restaurants were great! Robbie & Nita were absolutely wonderful! We are ready to book another stay in their home for vacation next year!!

Great House -- Great Family Vacation

A beautiful and spacious home located just a few minutes walk from the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family vacation. Awesome location in walking distance to shops, restaurants, and much more. Robbie is very kind and is extremely quick to respond to questions or concerns.

We absolutely loved our stay at Our Sunshine! Robbie was excellent in communication and check in/out was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed having a private beach. Location of home was close to beach and close to great ice cream, restaurants and shops. We loved that there were pool and beach toys as well the chairs and umbrellas for our use. The pool was clean and refreshing. Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids ages 7-15) were very comfortable this home and can not wait to return!

It is what you make of it.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. And Rob was very nice, easy to contact and willing to make our stay pleasant. The house is gorgeous, but a few thing you should know. It is older and a rental, there were some issues. Yes the pool seemed dirty, it was slightly. More so it needs painted so it has a look of being dirtier than it actually is. The kitchen is lived in, some drawers would stick and make sure you wash anything before using it. Wr had a non stop leak with the fridge, until the last day when a HUGE chunk of ice fell out when we opened the freezer. 😬 We did not have internet the entire stay. We called Rob and he side he would check into it. Still nothing. I used my hot spot as access anytime we needed it. Not very convenient. Most of the rooms were clean with the exception of the second room upstairs. There were a few water bottles under the night stand, hair in the shower, and a “spit bottle” on the deck. 😲 Again! All in all, it was not the worst I have been in, just know before you go!

Susan …. You reached out on weekend about Internet, I called and told you that service had been interrupted.. On Monday it was resorted, you never told me you didn’t have service for rest of week !!, Thank you for pointing out on could issues, the pool guy did come back and checked pool and I didn’t hear anything back from you .. We repainted the interior house about 2 months ago, and remodeled 2 of bathroom as walk-in showers !! Thank you and have blessed rest of summer !! Robbie

Location is perfect!! We didn’t get back in our cars and really enjoyed the pool !

You will not be disappointed with the location of this cute house! Beach is a very short walk and we love the private community. The pool was a big hit with the kids and adults. We will definitely be back! Super!!
