The pool was great, there are 2 pools and hot tubs, great loungers and tables with umbrellas. The Bar 7 looks over pool, great drinks. Just stop in and great bartender Romeo will make any drink and you can enjoy it by pool . Very enjoyable restaurant, great food and service. Everthing was wonderful.

Lovely quiet spot. Secure and very friendly staff. Washer/drier in unit was great to have. The pool is solar heated only and early in the morning or on a cool cloudy day, was chilly. Restaurant not operating. Overall we would highly recommend this.

Beautiful villas and grounds with the nicest staff ever

We were very pleased with our selection of places to stay in Nassau. One disappointment was the restaurant/Cafe was not open since covid and there is no shuttle service. There are limited bbqs available at the time of our st Taxi fare was fairly expensive. Would have liked the hot tub to be warmer. Having said that we so enjoyed our stay and loved it. Highly reommend.silk cotton vill

Lots of potential

The villa and property are lovely. Staff (especially Yulino) was responsive and helpful - you just have to ask. Location would be fine if you had a car but walking is not great especially with kids (there are hardly any sidewalks around and you're 30-45 minutes on foot to downtown Nassau). The most disappointing thing was no onsite restaurant as per the listing description. The kitchen lacked some pantry basics and varied from unit to unit, plus our appliances needed some maintenance. Overall served its purpose for a relaxing and safe family vacation and with a few minor details would be an amazing home away from home.

A very nice gated complex with very friendly staff.

A very nice Airbnb rental. Very economical compared to other lodging in the area. Super friendly staff that will do whatever to make you happy.

Each home is equipped with state of the art appliances and fittings to make your tropical vacation seamlessly convenient and inviting with all the comforts of home. Each Studio or Villa has it's own private entrance, comfortable well appointed living space with televisions, dining area, full size bathrooms, state of the art fully equipped kitchens, laundry room (washer & dryer) and so much more.
