The Beach House is a three bedroom, two bathroom home offering complete privacy for the discerning visitor to Coffin Bay. Even when Coffin Bay is busy, you will find the perfect retreat in this fabulous home! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with just a few other properties, The Beach House feels like it has its own private beach.

The entertainer`s kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed, with side by side fridge freezer and dishwasher. The large open plan living area leads onto a covered deck with barbecue and gorgeous views. This is the perfect inside/ outside home. The lounge room has a large split system, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Positioned right on the water facing north, overlooking Kellidie Bay, it does not get any better than this - and there are no roads or walks between the property and the beach.

Ideal for holiday guests - enjoy a glass of wine on the deck while watching the children play on the beach. You will not want your holiday to end.
Winter in this holiday home is just as fun, watching the sea change with the weather.

There is plenty of parking at the rear of the property for your cars and boats.

Beautiful location

The location was perfect and the property was beautiful. The inventory needs an overhaul, particularly the kitchen. There are many items which are double supplied and In the way, whilst there are mainly no sets of anything much. Mainly mismatched stuff, not really wine glasses and the like, no bodum. A bit of a mess really. Need a new/ proper mattress on the double trio. Not in a condition for adults to actually sleep on.

Over priced when you have to supply own linen and lacked kitchen utensils

Great spot excellent views but over priced especially when you have to supply your own linen and could not use BBQ very rusty and only a broken frying pan to use
