Private holiday apartment in a very popular apartment complex with a great pool area, right on the sandy beach of "Playa de Las Americas", in one of the most popular area in the south of Tenerife.

The living room of the apartment is divided into open kitchen, dining table and cozy living room area with adjoining terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator and microwave.
Also coffee machine, water cooker, toaster etc. are available.

The main bedroom with sliding glass door to the terrace, is furnished with a large double bed (two mattresses 2x90x190cm) and has TV, safe and air conditioning.
For your wardrobe large fitted wardrobes are available.

Next door is the bathroom with bath / shower tray, sink and toilet.

A staircase in the living area leads to the gallery, the second sleeping area with two single beds (mattresses 90 x180 cm) and a small adjoining bathroom with shower. Also a washing machine is there available.

Living space about 90 sqm

The wonderful terrace in front of the living area and bedroom, furnished with seating for 4 persons and two sunbeds, directly on the beach promenade with a view of the bay.
An awning provides sufficient shade if desired.

The holiday complex is located in a traffic-calmed, very popular zone, with various restaurants, bars / cafes and shops, inviting any time of day to a nice stroll with plenty of holiday flair.

Also a supermarket is directly opposite.

The perfect apartment for a holiday right on the beach.

The plant, built in the Canarian style, has a large pool area with an extra pool with water slides for children. Guaranteed the absolute bathing fun.

Lovely stay

Had a very pleasant one week stay in this apartment. Wonderful location for the beach,restaurants and bars. Just a few issues with the AC which were dealt with efficiently.... would definitely recommend.

A wonderful sea facing apartment with all of the amenities of Parque Santiago 3 to enjoy. Simply loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves , despite its location it is very peaceful. The apartment itself is large, clean and has everything you need. Found the downstairs beds a little hard for our liking on the first night, moved upstairs and slept like a log for the rest of the week. Will definitely be back.

Pleasant stay

Location was fantastic, lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Apartment is very secure. However, the apartment is a little worn and needs updating. Bathrooms are old, kitchen needs replacing. We were surprised that there was no oven so difficult catering and we had to eat out much more than we had planned. Overall the location is lovely and we had a good holiday.

Bästa boendet på Parque Santiago 3

Tyvärr blev det inte vår favoritlägenhet Santiago nr.1 på grund av att den var ockuperad?!?! Men det blev bra ändå eftersom lägenhet Santiago nr.2 var ledig under våra 2 veckor. Mindre lägenhet men lika bra i standard som havslägenheten. Så en toppen semester på fina Parque Santiago 3. Blir en repris nästa år!!!

Comfortable Apartment in excellent location

Comfortable Apartment in excellent location with nice swimming pools and close to the beach. The main road in front of the property is very busy and noisy with bars blaring out music at night but you don't hear that in the apartment There is a nice restaurant near the beach to right of the property called cafe in the parque which serves good fish. We also liked La Cuevita Del Mar which is a short walk away very good value but you must book. The listing shows parking is available, but this isn't associated with the booking. There is on street parking but that is virtually impossible to use. Across the road is a parking garage that charges 14.4 euro per day which we used.

Schmutzig, laut, unbequem, Whirlpool geschlossen

Vater-Tochter (16) Urlaub. Sehr zentral, Discolärm inklusive. Auto nicht unbedingt nötig. Taxi zum Flughafen ok. Kein Willkommensgeschenk, nur zwei kleine Wasserflaschen. Schmutzig, fast etwas schmuddelig. Vorhang lässt sich nicht schliessen. Betten sind richtig unbequem! WC Papier o.ä. muss selber besorgt werden. Balkonaussicht schön aufs Meer, aber jeder Passant sieht auf den Balkon. Einbruchsspuren sichtbar bei Türen.. Die Hälfte vom Preis wäre angemessen bei dieser Anlage bei einer Buchung in der Nebensaison Jan./Feb. Der Whirlpool war geschlossen. Einziger Pluspunkt, alles in Fussnähe und der eine Pool war beheizt. Corona-Testcenter gleich nebenan. Ich werde diese Unterkunft nicht mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen können. Es tut mir leid, wir haben uns nicht willkommen und geschätzt gefühlt.

3.5 great weeks over Christmas and New Year during Covid

We feel very lucky to have spent a fab time in the apartment as a family of 3 during Christmas and New Year 2020. The terrace is better than it shows in the pictures. It looks over the beach and the main walkway along the prom. We spent many hours out there (working, people watching, sun bathing, drinking, completing puzzles, cooking (on fab electric bbq - we are going to get he when get home) and it made our holiday. The apartment inside is split level, 2 bedrooms and is well located in the complex. It has its own entrance/exit. It was very clean on arrival and well equipped. One of the pools is heated to 25 degrees and was good for lap swimming in the morning! There is also a gym in the complex. The WiFi was good, allowed my son to play Roblox! The manager of the apartment was very helpful. Nothing was to much trouble, including letting us in when we locked ourselves out! We will return and I recommend the apartment!

Great location

Ideally located right on the beach but the right side of the complex to avoid noise in the evenings. You do get some early morning noise from the tractor cleaning the beach but we're early risers anyway. Walk either way along the beach path and you'll find plenty of restaurants. The apartment had almost everything we wanted. The only thing I'd add is some plastic glasses for children. I always worry when giving kids glasses. 😁 We'd definitely come back here if we return to Tenerife.
