Sleeping arrangements

Forest Trails 9 sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms and two levels. The upper-level primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third includes two twin beds. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower serves these rooms. On the main level, a sofa bed in the living area provides additional flexibility, complemented by a nearby powder room.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides all the essentials for preparing meals between mountain adventures, with wooden cabinetry and a practical layout for everyday cooking. The adjacent dining area seats eight, creating an inviting place to gather and recap the day.



Living spaces

After skiing or exploring the winter trails, the living room becomes a cozy retreat with its gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and TV. Sliding glass doors open to a balcony overlooking the forest, offering a peaceful backdrop for quiet mornings or winding down in the evening.

You’ll have in-unit laundry, essentials, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a private garage suitable for one small vehicle along with bike storage. Additional conveniences include a safe, portable fans, and a private entrance. Heating throughout the home keeps the space comfortable during colder months.

Set within the Benchlands, the townhome places you close to the Valley Trail and nearby winter routes, with the free shuttle stopping just outside the Forest Trails complex for easy connections to Whistler Village and both mountain bases. The Blackcomb Gondola is about a 10-minute walk away, and the area’s shops, lakes, and scenic paths are within easy reach.

Guest Access:

Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

You’re moments from the Upper Village’s dining scene, yet it still feels like your own private corner of Whistler. • This complex is under a 5 minute walk to the closest shuttle stop, serviced by the free #5 Whistler Transit Shuttle Bus. During the winter months, the shuttle runs from 6:30 am to 1:30 am and runs every 15 minutes on a continuous loop to both mountain bases and Whistler Village.



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
