Soft snow settles along the quiet paths of Whistler’s Benchlands as you make your way toward this multi-level townhome, the crisp mountain air inviting you to slow down and settle in. After a day on the slopes, you can unwind beside the gas fireplace or step into the private hot tub on the covered deck, watching steam rise into the cold winter air. Mornings start calmly here, with views of the surrounding forest and easy access to the nearby ski trails when snow levels permit.



Living spaces

Spread across three levels, this 2 bedroom plus den, 2 bath townhome offers space for up to six guests. The open concept living area features large windows that bring in natural light and glimpses of the trees, a gas fireplace for warming up after outdoor adventures, and a 70" TV for relaxed evenings. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi add convenience for guests who need to stay connected.



Sleeping arrangements

On the upper level, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The lower level offers a secondary bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV, and a den with a bunk bed suitable for children, along with minimal storage and no window. A shared bathroom on this level provides a glass-enclosed shower and heated flooring.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen includes the appliances and essentials you need for preparing meals, along with a dining table that seats eight. Whether you are cooking breakfast before heading to the slopes or sharing dinner after a full day outside, the layout makes it easy to gather.



Outdoor living

The covered deck offers a private hot tub and BBQ grill, along with outdoor furniture for moments of fresh alpine air. This space is designed for year-round enjoyment, whether you are soaking beneath winter skies or grilling when conditions allow.



Convenience and amenities

A mudroom entrance with a boot warmer and storage helps keep gear organized. In-suite laundry, portable fans, heating, and home safety features support a comfortable stay. Free parking is available in the secure underground garage for one vehicle, and an EV charging station is accessible for an additional fee through an app. Guests also have a private entrance and luggage dropoff is allowed for early arrivals or late departures. Long term stays are welcome.



Location and access

Set in the peaceful Mountain Star complex, the townhome is a short walk to Merlin’s ski run and close to the free Village shuttle bus on Route 5. Seasonal ski-in and ski-out access makes reaching Blackcomb Mountain simple when snow conditions permit, while forest trails and the quiet surroundings offer a sense of retreat. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and the area provides a balance of nature, convenience, and easy connection to Whistler Village.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Mountain Star is perched at the top of Whistler’s Benchlands, offering a peaceful alpine setting with direct access to forest trails and ski slopes. Surrounded by nature and tucked away from village noise, it’s ideal for guests seeking a quiet retreat with stunning mountain views. The free village shuttle makes it easy to reach Whistler’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife in minutes, while the location provides a true mountain escape.



Getting Around:

• 2-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

• 10-minute walk to Upper Village

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 30-minute walk  or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 20-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• Free shuttle to Village: Exit complex, the bus stop will be in the cul de sac going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. There are steps from the garage to the street level and steps from the street level to the home's entrance with no elevator.

• Parking restrictions. The Mountain Star complex has an underground parkade with a height restriction of 6'10". Please note that parking of oversized and overweight vehicles in the parkade is restrictive and there are no above-ground stalls. • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• There is no window in the den.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Mountain Star complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
