The Space:
Snow-dusted evergreens frame your arrival as you step into a quiet Benchlands neighborhood, where crisp mountain air and forest stillness set the tone. After a day spent on the slopes or winter trails, you ease into the hot tub, steam rising as the evening settles in. Inside, the fireplace glows and the space invites you to slow down and settle in.
Living spaces
Spread across three levels, this townhome offers space and comfort for up to six guests. The open-concept main living area is designed for unwinding together, with a cozy seating area, gas fireplace, and a 70" TV for movie nights after full days outdoors. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding trees, creating a calm, mountain-focused atmosphere.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for easy meals at home, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials you need for cooking. A dining table with seating for eight makes it simple to gather for breakfast before heading out or dinner after returning from the mountain.
Sleeping arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet, TV with cable, and a private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. On the lower level, the secondary bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, and TV with cable. Also on this level, the den provides a bunk bed ideal for children, with limited storage and no window. A shared bathroom on the lower level includes a glass-enclosed shower, heated flooring, and a single vanity.
Outdoor living
Step onto the covered deck to enjoy winter evenings or crisp mornings surrounded by trees. The private hot tub and BBQ make this space a natural gathering spot after skiing or exploring the area.
Convenience & amenities
A mudroom-style entrance offers storage for gear and a boot warmer, making winter days easier. The home includes in-suite laundry, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and secure underground parking for one vehicle. An EV charger is available in the garage for an additional fee via app.
Location & access
Located near Blackcomb, the townhome offers ski access when conditions allow, with routes connecting to nearby runs. The free Village shuttle (Route 5) provides convenient access to Whistler Village shops, dining, and après-ski.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Mountain Star is perched at the top of Whistler’s Benchlands, offering a peaceful alpine setting with direct access to forest trails and ski slopes. Surrounded by nature and tucked away from village noise, it’s ideal for guests seeking a quiet retreat with stunning mountain views. The free village shuttle makes it easy to reach Whistler’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife in minutes, while the location provides a true mountain escape.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
• Stairs. There are steps from the garage to the street level and steps from the street level to the home's entrance with no elevator.
• Parking restrictions. The Mountain Star complex has an underground parkade with a height restriction of 6'10". Please note that parking of oversized and overweight vehicles in the parkade is restrictive and there are no above-ground stalls. If you want to park an oversized vehicle, please make alternative arrangements by referencing the following Free/Paid parking map: Whistler Parking Map
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• There is no window in the den.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Mountain Star complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
