After a day on the mountain, you can sink into the sofa, mountain air still lingering, while the glow from the windows reflects the alpine evening. This one-level townhouse on Blackcomb Mountain places you close to the slopes with ski access when conditions allow.
Living spaces
The open living area invites relaxed evenings after time outdoors. Comfortable seating, a TV, and an indoor fireplace create an easy place to gather. Large windows bring in natural light by day, while portable fans and heating keep the space comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace offers room to check in if needed.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with modern appliances and plenty of space to cook. A dining table seats six for slow breakfasts before heading out or cozy dinners together. The adjacent patio or balcony includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill for use when weather permits.
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a TV, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes a bathtub. The second bedroom offers a king-split bed that can be configured as a king or two twins. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Two bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day.

Within the complex, you’ll have access to a shared hot tub - an inviting way to unwind after skiing. The home also includes a private entrance, ski storage convenience, and secure parking in a free parking garage on premises,

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.
Getting Around:
• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run
• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll
• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store
• 7-minute walk to Upper Village
• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course
• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake
• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill

• Stairs. You are required to climb stairs to enter this home
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

Smoother and more accurate info during checkin and check out. They deactivated our access code one hour before check out which made it harder and inconvenient. No condiments in the kitchen beside salt and pepper. For a pricey rental, it will feel more homie if tea bags, hot coco, sugar, spices are provided.
Pro: ski in and ski out location. Quiet neighborhood, Hot tub, fireplace with wood provided, laundry in the unit, high ceiling garage, heated bathroom floor, Responsive staff.
Con: cozy not roomie nor spacious, tiny mud room for 1 or 2 persons to gear up. Twin beds feel small for adults. Pillows feel plastics. Kitchen is not well equipped, some appliances were dirty.
The condo and location were great. Everything was clean, well ordered and functional. Will definitely come back.

Exactly what we expected
It was a clean, well stocked condo about 50 yards from mid-slope on blackcomb. Exactly what we expected.
This cozy condo has easy access to the Blackcomb Gondola as well as being a 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops in the Village. We stayed here with our 2 college-aged sons for spring break and it was comfortable for the 4 of us. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We appreciated having the underground parking downstairs, and the hot tub closeby to relax in after a long day of skiing. We'll definitely book again for future visits.

Lovely stay at Painted Cliffs 22
We had a great time at this apartment in late Jan 2022. The complex is right beside the slope (Merlin) on Blackcomb in Benchlands area. Only one neighbour (above) in the stand alone house. Quite a few owners in the complex so it’s well maintained and also very quiet at night. When buses are running it’s less than a minute walk to the bus stop (route5). BC transit bus drivers were on strike in Whistler and at some times if the day over 45minutes wait for taxi so the location was perfect as we were able to catch the Excalibur gondola to mid station and walk across to the slope access for Painted Cliffs. Also condo was super clean, nice linens and well equipped kitchen as we ate at home most nights due to COVID. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely Stay at Painted Cliff 22
We really enjoyed our stay at Painted Cliff 22. Great layout, well equipped, clean. Very close to the Blackcomb ski hill so easy to get on & off the hill. Upper Benchland is a drive/ bus ride away from the village but has the advantage of being a very quiet. Whistler Platinum makes it easy! Thank you!
Was looking for a quiet place away from the village, yet a short walk (0.5 km) to services and short bus (free) bus ride to the village centre. Met my needs.
For those going in winter, fits ski in/out via Blackcomb.
