This hidden gem is located in Ship Bottom NJ, on the LAGOON!! The house sleeps 14 people. (7) night minimum during summer weeks- all renters must provide their own linens and bath/beach towels. a $350.00 cleaning fee will be added to total cost of rental for after you leave the property. A $1500.00 refundable security deposit is required by owner ( outside of VRBO guidelines).

- 9 person dining room set attached to kitchen with easy access to backyard with patio furniture, Inground pool, backyard lagoon access and grill which is directly hooked up to household .
Second floor :
- 3 bedrooms upstairs with (1) bedroom having (4) twin beds and (1) day bed ... (1) bedroom having one king bed and the remaining bedroom having (2) full size beds and (1) day bed.
- (1) full size bathroom with stand up shower and jacuzzi.

Bill is a class act and the property is even better than expected. Spacious, excellent outdoor amenities and being on the lagoon makes for a unique stay. We had a terrific stay and plan on visiting again!

Great Family Retreat

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this house. The location was perfectly located on a beautiful lagoon and the house was well equipped with all sorts of amenities. The salt water pool added a great touch to those super hot days. The kitchen was also well equipped and worked out great for our large family dinners. The owner was easy to reach and super helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

A Gem for shore!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Having never stayed on the bay side we were pleasantly surprised and it will probably be our new favorite spot. This home was updated and so spacious. It accommodated 9 adults and 2 children easily. The outdoor living space was beyond expectations with its patio, pool dock a retractable awning and large dining table. Easy access for kayaks and tubes was an added bonus. The safety fence along the dock sealed the deal for us as we were traveling with young children. We truly did not need to bring one beach chair, cooler or sand toy. Walkable to so much! Communication with the owner was seamless. We hope to go back to this hidden gem!

Amazing LBI Rental

Ship Bottom Beauty!

We were so happy this lovely property was available for us to rent this season! The house was spotless when we arrived and ready for a week of fun. The kids loved spending the day at the beach then heading back for a dip in the pool in the afternoon. There were some fun jumps off the dock as well! The views of the bay via kayak or even on foot are worth the stay alone. Owners were super responsive with any random things that might pop up and we were so appreciative of that. Thank you!

Everything you need for a fun vacation

We had a great time at Bill's beautiful property in Ship Bottom. It has everything you need for a fun vacation for kids and adults. The pool was perfect, there were a ton of floats, the bay was great and they even had crab traps, kyacks and floats to use. There were also bikes to take out, beach items like a wagon, chairs, umbrella and a cooler. The only downside was that the patio area gets very windy, so it was hard to keep the umbrellas/awning up. But we loved the sunsets and walking down to the bay. The house has everything you need and is beautifully updated. Location is perfect for shopping and food, we biked for ice cream, mini golf and shopping. Highly recommend!

Great location, great home

We have been coming to LBI for a few years and this is definitely the place we will book next year. What you see is what you get! William was great to deal with and his home has everything you need for all members of the family so you don’t need to overpack when going.

Fun At The Lagoon

Our family of eleven had a wonderful stay at this rental house. It is beautifully decorated and is big enough to accommodate a large group. It had ample room for sitting to eat. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. We appreciated the use of a washer and dryer. We loved the swimming pool and lagoon area... fabulous! Appreciated the canopy and the umbrellas for our use in pool area. The kids loved the pool basketball and floats. Very conveniently located in Ship Bottom to many stores, restaurants and little shops...AND to the beach! Loved our stay. Many thanks to the owners.

Too short of a trip with an amazing home.

We stayed together with another family in the well equipped home. We were excited to find ALL amenities including beach badges with our stay. The kids stayed in the pool most of the time while we were there. There is lots to do including, lounging in the back yard with wireless music services, to barbecuing in the large gas grill, to using the crab cages to teach our kids to crabbing to the very spacious kitchen or drifting in a tube on the causeway. There is plenty of room to house more than our 9 person visit. The home is stocked with just about everything including easy access to entrances to the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and home to go back there some day. This home/ property more than met and exceeded our expectations.
